ok...so do any of you computer whizzes know a software or program where i can make phone calls through a usb headset through my computer? cause i tried to use skype but it costs denero....i have none....and to do this radio show the host needs to "call in" to a number, enter a pin and id (which is provided to only me) and i can host my show through the friggin phone (i have terrible service in my house)

ok guys and gals....show is on for 11....i found a free internet program to allow me to make calls on my computer voipcheap.com...so good stuff, hopefully this thing goes down tonight....blogtalkradio.com.....catigories, sports, click on most recent....and mine should say on air now.....or u can come a little before 11 and i will have a chat room running....there is a guest number to call into....and i can bring you on at anytime, or mute you at anytime, it is a mature format, and its over the internet....so no fcc controls...meaning no censorship....so if you dont wanna hear the F work or C work or B word etc etc.....i suggest you dont listen....but we are big boys and girls....they are just words......

as the night gets closer to 11 ill post some more info if i have it, links, the actualy number...what have you.....so im hoping for SOME participation, i know pmzq, anlgp, E, sam and finsane and jason have all stated some sort of interest.....i can have multiple callers and guests on the air with me....so thats awesome, if we gather enough listeners, sponsers buy space on my show....and i can make some coin....but we are away from that yet....far away....i just wanna get through this first hour show haha

Okay here are the pics of the bonsai I am taking care of for my friend Frank, while he is on the road trucking (car hauling).











This is the oldest of his trees. It was 1st seeded in China in 1903. He paid $ 1,800 for it about 7 years ago.



This is a ficus and was 1st seeded in 1934.



This is a Brasilian Rain Tree, from the rain forest in South America. It was 1st seeded in 1975.



Now for those who have a kinky side.....I give you chained Douglas Fir. Actually the chain and bolts are helping to shape the tree. It had been strait up and down and now is getting a bend in the trunk to give it some character. This one was seeded about 1998.



This is my favorite tree. It was seeded in Japan in 1936, before World War 2.

No..actually I'm a cubbies fan. But not a hardcore one. If I have better things to do I wont watch games on TV, just not that enjoyable for me. I would love to go to one though, and plan on it next yr. I met the some of the Marlins players the first yr they were together. Went and got autographs of some of them. Good times.

I had a bonsai for about 3 years, it was doing well and then *bang* dropped dead in like a week. They are pretty cool. My sister has a large Japanese garden with about a dozen bonsai. It's too much work for me.

 

I have a question; Who made it a rule that if you're a woman, and a Manager of your business, you HAVE to be a total *****?

Working in retail and now Corporate Sales Ive come to lose just about all of the little respect I had for women in the work place. That is all.

When I worked retail my woman manager was kinda snotty. She was hot and liked to flirt with me though so it was cool

 

We have our man rule, they have their woman rule. When a woman reaches a high post, she must be *****y and affairs with subordinates are only acceptable if she can claim total deniability later (i.e. fire the guy or no one would believe him anyways).

 

That reminds me Of Jenna on 30 rock last night ....heel air ious. The Office was good too.

 

Understandable. But this was a broad from a different company. I'll take *****iness from a woman who is my superior, but not some saddle bag Suzy who thinks she can talk down to me because her husband gave her a piece of the family business.

Are there repercussions for not doing what she says?

 

Being *****y doesn't just mean towards one's own employees but anyone who doesn't benefit her altogether. It's not exclusive. Something along those lines anyways.

Its a catch 22 bro. Sometimes in business you have to do things you dont wanna do. Id love to tell this lady to go **** herself and refuse to sell to her anymore. Unfortunately in this economy you have to make money any way you can, even if it means dealing with douche bags.

Cameron is the man.....roaming CF this year he will help out the defense a lot. Cody in right and Hermida in left will shore up those defensively too. Hopefully this is the year that Hermida has the long anticipated breakout year. They could be really, really good this year, especially if the pitching does anything they are capable of.

Nope.

 

They teach patience more than anything else. And its very relaxing to go out back, just park myself for lunch on the patio table and drink in the bonsai garden. After this afternoon I may need to do that for a ½ hour or so.

 

Somewhere someone is paying for a service. Regardless of how you go about it you're selling a service some how.
