yeah, i read that already and was pretty stoked. this kid is a great character as well as hard worker for the team!!! throw in GREAT size and very good hands, a possible savior for our woes in the red zone... i could be very happy in the later rounds of the draft!!!

I've heard and seen otherwise about hard-working. At least on a play to play basis anyways. He works hard one play or possession and seems to take it off the next. I like his size, hands, and character though I am also concerned about his ability to create separation especially against quick yet tall CB's and safeties.

i agree with seperation... that'll definitely be work in progress. but in the red zone, there are not many corners at all around his height. fades, slants, timing patterns... those will be tough to defend him on. Also he can become a solid 3rd down possession WR too (hopefully)

That is true and he does need help with more complex routes. In the red zone, I could envision a quick LB potentially causing problems (sort of like covering TE's). No doubt he'll need some work and the pros are a big step up from the Big West believe me (though Gocong has risen above). I hope he won't be a 2nd rounder because I don't think he'd be worth ours. But I would be willing to have him for a lesser pick. Was planning to talk to a friend of mine at Cal Poly who follows the team pretty closely for more info.
