Had the wierdest dream last night. I was a japanese pimp. My name was Mr. Kodeska, and I carried around a whip.

I got to stop eating chinese at night time.

 

Unfortunately yes. If it weren't for the fact that I didn't have anything to drink all day, I'd have pissed my pants.

 

I have skydived, er dove or whatever. Fun times.

It can be an expensive hobby though.

My advice is to go ahead and pass on the videographer. Sure it seems like you would watch it a bunch, but you won't. Pay for the pictures the first time and then, from there, just go up and jump.

I wasn't nervous about jumping until the hatch opened and the formation team that jumped before me just started falling out of the plane like clowns out of a car. It just looked like a bunch of people falling to their deaths at first.

But honestly, you are so high up, it is hard to contemplate the fall and the ground. It is almost surreal, at least the first time.

When you first leave the plane, you will get a sensation of falling, but your bearings come back quick and you no longer feel like you are falling, just kind of, floating in the wind. Extreme wind, but it isn't as scary as you might think.

Depending on how high you jump from (probably in the neighborhood od 13,000 feet), you should get a good minute or two of free fall before pulling the shoot. Be prepared for an extremely painful and quick tug on your man parts when the cord is pulled.

But most of all, have fun! I know I do.
