Never had bear, but if someone put a bear burger or steak in front of me id go for it no question. Dont hunt or anything myself, but every now and again a friend or someone would drop off some venison or other meats (fresh trout is amazing). My boss on the other hand. He is Vietnamese, and yes, they do eat anything. If it moves and has meat, its pretty much fair game lol.
Bear Steak 1 lb. bear steak per person 1 cup oily Italian salad dressing Trim all fat from steak and marinate in dressing for 20 minutes. Cook at medium heat. Don't overcook It's very tasty!
