Biggie was so not better than Tupac. Don't make me start another east coast/west coast war. And Jay-Z deserves to be right up there, along with Dre, Cube, Eazy E, and for my money, I think Kanye is amazing.

 

Eazy E? Someone has been sipping egg nog mixed with crazy juice. Eazy was decent but not on the level of Pac or Biggie. Jay Z this Gen's best rapper by far, followed by Eminem. Nas is way too political and way too inconsistent in his music, IMO.

90s, Biggie, Pac, Dre, Snoop, Bone( Cant leave them out they changed rap), DMX also for his early stuff.

2000s, Jay Z, Eminem, Luda, Game (my personal favorite), Kanye, and making a strong case for himself Lil Wayne.

Easy E was a bit overrated IMO. He's decent. Pac is the best one for me and I like some of Biggie's songs. Jay Z is definitely up there and I always liked Luda. He has a boat load of punchlines. Snoop rapped to slow for me. I like Nas but he's too real at times. Bone Thugs are the best group IMO. Em's old stuff was good, the latest hasn't been but hopefully he's gonna rip it up with the new album.
