the part about the bug threw me? do you want it to be a bug or a globe? or both? or just a logo incorporating all that stuff?

when i hear bug, im thinking either an insect or a listening device.

I was thinking though, for a bug, I was thinking of an electronic chip like the one below. With your skills, you can make something like that into a nice bug crawling the globe.



That fits with the tech used by this division, and yeah, its a bug, a spying device, the all mighty see all, provide intel for the army, etc.
