I dropped my phone from a two storie roof and cracked the screen. I really love this phone and would rather get it fixed if possible. When I press buttons the screen turns white, green, and black. Is it possible to fix/replace the screen? Its a Tmobile Dash. Any info would be greatly appreciated..

Take it to your local T-Mobile store, if its covered under warranty, you can get a new unit.....worse case they charge you a smallerfee than the original cost for a exact replacement and should be able to copy over the phone numbers, etc.

Thats what I will do. I had the insurance on it but it was only good for a year. Hopefully Tmobile will cut me a deal.

My advice is to be PERSISTANT.

Talk to sales, tell'em you've been a loyal customer for years.

I've had 2 phones get destroyed.

I had no insurance on either phone.

Yet, all I did was call and if I didn't get a cool CS agent, I called again and I ended up BOTH times getting new phones and all I had to do was sign up for a new 2 year contract from the day I got my new phone.

Worth it for me since I wasn't going anywhere regardless.

Mobile phone companies are interested in keeping you as a customer for the service not the phones.

I am sure they will accomodate you and keep you as a customer .

I dunno, its best to get a new phone because a new screen will often times cost more than a new phone, thats what happened to me.
