Nope but it's something different than mcnabb which is a good thing I think. At least see what the kid can do.
108 yard interception return by Ed Reed...wow. He does it again. McNabb's time in Philadelphia just may be coming to an end. Possible Viking next year? We'll see. Have faith in Kolb. Brady Quinn benched after two interceptions. Buffalo puts up a 54 spot on KC. The Jets are as good as I thought they were. Unlike early in the season, they know their identity. Favre's playing well. Thomas Jones is a good runner. Kris Jenkins is playing great ball. Dustin Keller can't block to save his life but he can stretch the field and is a nightmare. A week after Terrell Owens opens his mouth about not getting the ball, he posts a 213 yard day. I guarantee you that Jerry Jones made the call to get him the ball often today. Interesting day today.
McNabb also could go to chicago but not as much as the vikings. he is from chi town that's the only reason why i say that. I have faith in kolb alen. I think we've seen what mcnabb can do. We haven't seen kolb yet. who'd the brownies put in at QB.. anderson? **** the bills. and the jets. and TO for that matter.
With Kyle Orton playing well in Chicago, I think you can count McNabb out of there. I think his possible destinations are Minnesota, Detroit (I'll explain that), Kansas City, and Tampa Bay. I think the most unlikely ones of those are Detroit and Kansas City. However, I know Philadelphia was in the market for a Tight End prior to the trade deadline and Kansas City was looking to move Tony Gonzalez. Nobody knows how they feel about Tyler Thigpen. They are too young in Kansas City and need some veteran leadership, McNabb would bring that. In Detroit, they have two first rounders this year, likely a top two pick and a mid-to-late one. They are in need of a QB and they could look to get one to groom a guy like Matthew Stafford or Sam Bradford (whose likely to end up in the NCAA championship game). Tampa Bay was in the market for a QB and nearly got one in Brett Favre until a last second deal was struck by New York and Green Bay. Jon Gruden loves QB's. Minnesota was rumored to be after McNabb this past off-season and when Childress took over but no move was made. After the extremely slow development of Tarvaris Jackson, he's a guy that Brad Childress could look to save his job for at least one more year. A darkhorse candidate is the Houston Texans as well as the 49ers. They're going to be looking for a QB in the off-season. Singletary wants a winner in San Francisco and McNabb has been in the Super Bowl, he didn't win it but he's won some games. Kolb is a guy I like a lot. He has the accuracy, good enough arm strength and is an intelligent Quarterback that can move the ball down the field. He's still young but he knows what hes doing out there for the most part. That is correct. The Browns put Anderson back in the lineup and he threw an game-ending interception. Kudos to the Texans for the good defense today.
childress also used to be O Cordinator for the eagles (I think it was O cordinator) so the vikings make a lot of sense. I agree w/you about it.
You watching AZ-NY ? God I wish we had Larry Fitzgerald. Loved him at Pitt. Even though, I like Boldin more lol.
Yeah. Tim Hightower is an impressive player at RB though. He looked damn good in pre-season when I watched him and he looks damn good now lol.
Man I wish we had Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie. He's coming into his own the last few weeks. Had two big interceptions a week ago. I was hoping we'd get him but his stock went up so fast. Hopefully we get Dominique Johnson this year but he's a guy whose stock I think will rise as well.
Fitzgerald and Boldin are the #1 and #1A WR's in the NFC. Even Steve Breaston would be an upgrade for us. That's what I wished our WR corps could be: strong and tall WR lining opposite another strong and heady WR. Of course, with Parcells in command, it's unlikely.
why? he's getting older. he's throwing more INTs than TDs recently. they have a high draft pick in kolb. their season has all but gone down the drain at 5-5-1. why not stick kolb in? are you related to mcnabb?
I saw that McNab and Colb had a combined passer rating of 11.8. Is it added or averaged or what? Either way, its pretty bad.
Kolb was 15.3 McNabb 13.2 I did see 11.8 average on the screen towards the end of the game. Again, still very bad...
