ESPN - Dallas Cowboys CB Adam Jones reinstated by NFL ... again Yep, this fool is back in the league and he's eligible to play in the December 7th game against the Steelers I believe.
Every time I see the name Adam Jones I think of the guitar player for Tool. on topic. I'll sit and wait to see if he screws up again. If it helps dallas beat pitt though I'm all for it.
THe Cowboys? What about Roger Goodell? This hoodlum has repeatedly pulled the wool directly over Goodell's eyes and continues to do so. I've never ever wished a career ending injury on anybody...but........
Meh, Goodell's a Patriot gofer boy and a wannabe enforcer, he's earned it. If Pacman was a Patriot, Goddell would suspend whatever opposing WR he's assigned to.
He should be reinstated imo. Hopefully he's dealt w/ his alcohol issues. I mean he got in a fight w/ a body guard, he's hardly corrupting the youth of America.
He's also responsible for beating up a stripper and rendering a man unable to use all four of his limbs...Allegedly.....
Yeah, and he was suspended for a year for that. He's also never been convicted of a crime. They guy's clearly a douche bag, but he doesnt deserve to be banned from the NFL over this last incident, imo.
its not necessarily that particular incident, hes showing a pattern of bad behavior and obviously suspension/fines arent working.
What a shame... I was hoping they'd kick him right out of the league. Fools like him are the biggest reason kids grow up to be just like him... Players in this league are looked up to by kids, and hell, even some people who are older... Theyre supposed to act like rolemodels... not thugs. Get rid of this guy already...
Spot on. Godell made a mistake here. What happened to all the talk that the last reinstatement was his last chance. PFFT. This was the perfect thug to make an example out of. If I'm any other player out there I'm thinking I can do whatever I want at this point and all I'll have to do is go through is a farce review process made to look good for the media and nothing more. The NFL may reach NBA status soon.
