How exactly can we call this a rebuilding team, when we're getting articles of all these player interviews and they don't even know what the hell is going on?

Players talking about that some people just don't care anymore. Their is not a player left in this locker room playing with heart.

Just like the broadcast crew said yesterday. They mentioned our team is playing hard, and Gannon said something like "Yeah well, every team plays hard, but that's just not enough".

I feel such a negative vibe on this team, as if we reached an all time low.

We aren't the San Francisco 49ers of 2003, we are probably the worst team ever put together.

All of you can twist the stats and try to make a debate out of it all you want, but the only stat that really matters is 0-12.

Rebuilding has yet to start on this franchise, we don't even have a freaking blueprint.

Not sure if we are rebuilding..as much as we are regressing.

  3. Preseason we were retooling. By week 4 or 5 we shifted our Coach talk from retooling to rebuilding. It`s no wonder Marino bailed out on us, he saw the writing on the wall here. What is sad is WH looked hard for guy and this was his best result. I cant wait until this so called internal evaluation is released. How will the new spin be presented to us. As a fan I dont think one win is too much to expect and they can not even deliver on that. If it was not for bad luck this team would not have any luck at all.

I have no faith in our team and am embarassed about openly supporting this team. Wayne should be appologizing for the product he is putting out on the field. I think Im going into hiding and gonna become a closet fan from now on.

The final straw for me is going to be when not if we lose to NE in a couple of weeks. That game will be meaningless for them and mean everything to us. We will fail Cam has proven that to me, and I will no longer publicly support this team until they show postive results.

Honestly, I dont think you can get a read on what this team is anymore. Too many injuries. The reality is we're putting out our 2nd string squad right now. We started out rebuilding, now we're just trying to survive

we have 4 rookies starting on offense. Not to mention young guys like Ronnie, Carey, and Hadnot. We have a rookie punter as well. We are rebuilding. It started with the offense...and will continue in the offseason with the defense.

I think this hits the nail on the head quite nicely! We are definitely suffering from injuries. Hell, we are at 3rd string in the secondary and runningback positions! We even have a couple popping in and out on the DL!

Everyone just needs to calm down and ride this season out. I mean honestly... How can we pass judgement on anyone on this team, from the coaches down, with the level of injuries, experience and talent on the team, without seeing a healthy team on the field for the most part.

At the start of the season, we had a change over of 35 new players (out of 55). Since then we added another 5-8 due to injuries.

We traded away Chambers and Welker who could have helped us this year. But this team is not being built for this year. And not really for next year.

    Think about this:

Chambers and Welker will be retired in 4-5 years.

Samson Satele and whoever we get with our 47th pick will be here and perhaps be Pro Bowlers. And Ted Ginn Jr will be a young experienced WR.

I have not seen this large a turnover since maybe JJ and the Cowboys. Although I admit that S.Payton also had a big turnover with the Saints last year and he did well with a little better talent.

we suck. that's hard to take, but it is the truth. forget about the "why's", that's irrelevant to this point. we just suck.

but if you look at what mueller is doing through the draft, you have to see that this is a team which will be a contender in 3-4 years, and with young, cheap talent to boot. and we'll keep drafting, which means that we'll have depth as well, and won't have to spend big bucks to keep - nor sign - mediocre talent because we're desperate.

i've been a fan now for over 35 years. i'm not walking away.

The problem I see is players were quiting yesterday, you heard the post game comments. And if that is so, than the coach will be gone, new coach comes in, does he want the players we have? More big changes.

that's exactly why i don't want a new coach. We need continuity.

I've been following and rooting for the Dolphins for over 40 years. I'm not bailing, and any true fan won't either. If the shoe fits, wear it!

Continuity? So we can go 0-32? No thanks - I'd rather have change.

35 years as well here. not bailing. not ever. this is my team, and if they go 0-32 i will still be a PHAN!

this team has been seasons in the making, it's gonna take time to correct. if we keep changing coaches/GM's, we will become the Bucs of the '70's we all fear we are becoming. there is a plan so we need to give then some time to implement it.

I was a fan in 72 and I'm a fan now. We had no runningback vs tha Jets. That's it, end of story. The Jets pinned their ears back and forced turnovers. If we had Ronnie, Chatman or Ricky it would have been totally different but we were decimated to the point of using a guy we just cut. I think we have to go with McFadden just to load up on runningback. If RB comes back 100% then we will have 2 studs at RB. With the wear and tear these guys get 2 guys are what we need. Then the o-line looks much better, then play-action becomes viable and the whole offense works.

Ahh a positive post BSQ, nice to see one here at least.

I like the idea of Ronnie /McFadden /Ginn to start the season, resign Hadnot and pick up a Wr, we would have a viable offense, assuming of course Mr. Beck does gut up and play better against the Bills and improves the rest of the year.

Our "D" is just a wreck, we need at least 4 DT's with Rod Wright the only keeper that we have, and *hope* that Goodman and Will Allen can make it through next season still playing at high level because after McFadden, we will have to go Dline, specifically run plugging Dline.

We also either need to Start Derek Pope at MLB and move Crowder or Channing will have to bulk up.

But even then, to be frank, the only young bright spots on our Defense are Jason Allen and Rod Wright, Crowder just may not be a MLB, and we waste Porter by playing him on the strong side.

Yesterday was painful no doubt, and the pain will continue against the Pats as there is -0- chance they will sit anyone if they are going for 16-0.

We are terrible. You have to deal with it though. Anyone who jumps ship now is a bandwagon jumper.

If you can't deal with your team or be a fan when they are at their worst then you have no business cheering for them when they are their best.

I KNOW I'll be there when this team is relevant again and I'll KNOW I'll have earned every ounce of enjoyment this team gives me when they win again. Until then, I'll suffer with the rest of the die hards and hope better days are coming.
