Lets not get crazy this tea is not great.. We got spoiled and started believing the hype from those two wins... We are a better team than last year. Record proves it already! We will win about 6-7 games this year in total. Next Year we will be even better looking at 9-7,10-6 season possible playoff berth, and than in 3 years were looking at 12-4 season and playoffs... Its going to be trying but its going to take time!! This sucks.. Why is Cam Cameron so happy? He left us in this ****-hole he should get punched in the face not soaked with Gatorade!!
And the reason is that the Baltimore offense improved during the offseason, whereas our defensive backfield, if anything, got worse.
I hate that Cameron got this at our expense, but it couldn't have happened to a better guy. He wasn't the guy for us and I didn't like him as a coach, but as a man--good man.

Well, we shouldnt have lost as bad as we did. If pennington had hit Fasano in the endzone for a TD on the first drive of the game, if pennington hadnt thrown the pick 6, this team is much more competitive in this game. We weren't good today, but we didn't get blown out either.

I disagree. Looking at our schedule, I don't see one team that I can point to and definitively say "we'll win that game." I think we'll be lucky to get 4 wins this season.
On the defense...2 weeks in a row.....humiliation. Our Line is owned by a decent Oline and once this happens...we are exposed in the backend. If we had a solid secondary then perhaps we could just play field position D and so forth, but we dont have it. This is so sad.....our D is pathetic. We will get better (draft or 2 more) but not this season.
Today the defense was pitiful and they couldn't have picked a worse time to suspend Soliai. Ravens threw 5-10 yard passes all game long and Miami continued to play soft coverage

glad I tuned out back in the early 3rd... this game officially ends the season in my mind...I'll eat my crow and admit that 10-6 was beyond any kind of realistic goal for this team... some here might cry foul and make fun and say I am exagerrating...the 'rebuilders' who were so seemingly proud to say we were going 2-14 will say its about time I came to this realization... I'd still be excited if I saw some resolve...some passion out of the defense ...I saw some passion out of Pennington early on some scrambles but I think that was more from him trying to fire himself up and wake himself up since he was all over the place from the start... but this team came out today...at home no less... and got its teeth kicked in and instead of fighting back with the anger of the gods and taking care of home field, they just went over to the corner and cried.... to add to the fact that they played like little gummy bears.... the coaches didnt help as I thought that the play calling was just ...bad...beyond bad... <sigh>
I just think its classless to rub it in, and "honor" a guy who coached a team to a 1 and 15 record. That, and im frustrated, so it irritates me even more
These four win predictions are an overreaction. I guarantee Miami will win more than 4 games. I'm thinking 6 to 8. I can't see over .500 at this point.
kansas city "should" be a gimme win for us as well as the raiders..i was gonna add st.louis but they have a real head coach now and are playing good ball for him.
A few things I noticed: 1) Ted Ginn should be on ALL returns. Quit making excuses for why hes not out there because thats all they are, excuses. Hes the best return man on the roster, period. 2) The pass D is pitiful. This we already knew, but today just proved it once again 3) We suck without a NT. J. Ferg going down and Soliai being suspended gave us no chance to stop the run 4) As much as I like Pennington, we've seen his ceiling. Hes a game manager who needs a solid running attack to win consistently. He cant make all the throws and we see how teams are going to attack us. Stop the run, force #10 to beat you.
6-8 wins is what I have been saying since the first game against the Jests. We will sstill surprise some teams, under-acheive against others. Look on the bright side, at least we arent the Dallas Crackwagon
Funny how quickly everyone forgets the good things that they've done. Now all you can imagine is continued poor play. No way they don't win more than 4 games. They have a soft schedule. Even for them.
