Thanks. I'm always curious as to when the trade deadline is. Good to see none of our guys on that list.

Nice read. Man I dont understand the direction the Chiefs or Bungles are going in right now. Trading/releasing your better players? What? Letting TJ walk or be traded would be moronic, doubly so if they offload Chad. And the Chiefs trading off Allen was just plain stupid sorry.

But it always seems not much happens on the trade market.

I wouldn't mind any WR on that list for the right price - still the big missing piece of the puzzle. I'm not saying the vote is in on Ginn but it's obvious we need a bigger target in the passing game.

The running attack is really taking shape without a go to wide receiver, imagine the difference if the field can be spread a little further.

Remember when me and you talked about Larry Johnson going to the Saints for draft pick? I still think he's a possibility to get traded but not to the Saints. Deuce had 20 carries a couple weeks ago and is getting more into the gameplan. IMO, it wouldn't be smart to keep Johnson at the moment. Off-load him to another team and get a draft pick. Johnson is 28 and by the time that team is back up contending, he'll be declining. You move him and continue to pick up draft picks to get the talent level up in KC. Of course, you would have to get rid of Peterson and Edwards as well.

I wonder if Miami will make a move for a legitimate number one WR. I'm don't think they'll overpay for anybody if they do.

Yeah I dont necessarily disagree with trading LJ, he cant run behind that line anyway. But trading Allen was a terrible move. I just wonder whod be interested in LJ. I dont think he fits the denver style running game. The Pats are an interesting spot, but Im not sure theyd give up picks for him.

I think we wait for FA or the draft for that. This team prizes and values its draft picks, and doesnt put much emphasis on the WR spot. Doubt they pay the price needed to get a guy like Roy or TJ.

It would be hard to trade Johnson. The only teams that come to mind as possible suitors are the Buccaneers and Bengals.

As for the trade of Allen, he didn't want to be there and they made the best trade they could get.

Bengals? I dont see a team that terrible making a move for a guy like LJ. Bucs are a possibility indeed though.

Allen didnt want to be there because he felt Herm and Peterson werent able to improve the team. I think im gonna side with Allen on that one

The Bengals are a terrible team but they could be .500 at the moment if it wasn't for Chris Perry's five fumbles this year including in the fourth quarter of the last game.

Hey I'm on Allen's side too lol. They need to blow up the management lol.

Roy Williams will come with a hefty price tag now that Millen was canned.
