Simple and to the point. All I'm seeing and reading everywhere is that Cam is going,Parcells wants Cam another year, etc.Let's put your name on the line and see who's correct by Friday.Who knows? Maybe by tomorrow.
I think he stays. However, he will have to make assistant coaching changes. Parcells will have a say on the type of players kept and brought in.
it depends on what Ireland thinks of him i would like him to stay but i think he will be gone and jason Garrett or Rex Ryan will be our New HC
I thought at first it was a trick question. Maybe it was a poll to decide which poll question to ask.
Problem being, our HC prospects are interviewing with Atl on Friday, so if he isn't gone tonight or tomorrow, he will still be our nominal HC. Then the Pollard rule has to be followed, so either 6:00 or 11:00 pm sportscenter tonight, or the same tomorrow, he is gone by friday. And "no" no hand stands from me, if he is gone, if he stays no boos either.
I understand, and I agree. That sums up some of the reason why I started this poll. Some facts, alot of speculation as to what will happen.Just curios as to what the fans think.
This isn't going to be pretty. He knows he's a goner and he's an outsider of the group in charge now. I'm surprised he hasn't walked out like Jimmy Johnson, Wannstedt and Saban. We are about to witness a firing of a coach, something that hasn't happened on this franchise, ever. I don't even think or know if George Wilson was fired. This truely could be the end of the world. A firing of a coach in Miami is just, crazy. YOU REALLY HAVE TO BE THAT BAD TO GET FIRED FROM THE DOLPHINS. You have to like, bring the worst record in franchise history to accomplish this.
Firing a coach with three years left on his contract is going to be a huge hit to wayne's pocket book.....i don't think it's as sure as you think...
I've viewed this thread about 6 times now....I imagine you're getting a few views each, out of the same people....
Hmm..I'm meshugginah....(misspelled no doubt..) When I step back and look at the offense, I see so many positives, when I look at the rest of the staff, and Cam's intransigence about coaching 101 stuff I can see it going either way with Cam. I'd love to see Lemon as the starter next year with Beck trying to beat him out, with Ronnie healthy and rebuilding being de facto the reality, we could have a decent team, much better then this year's. For all the hope placed on John Beck, the Qb who improved the most for us was Cleo Lemon, yet the masses want Beck...another Qb slips through the fingers... But then I see Don Tunatini bringing in the Parcells ex-assistant mob and just seeing no way that Cam makes it with Parcells.
I feel bad for Cam because of the situation he inherited, the players he lost due to trades(wr's),the players he lost due to injury.Would it be fair to just let him go? I don't.He was hired IMO to bring his offensive prowess to this team,to run the ball effectively. We know he never had a vertical passing game in his playbook. It looked great when Ronnie was healthy.and when he and the others went down it crumbled for both the run and the pass.Is it totally his fault? No.Cam deserves another(and final) chance to see what he can do.
