    Good interview with Hafley. Sure it’s the honeymoon period but he does say all of the right things.

    My only concern is him becoming too involved as a play caller on defense that the rest of team suffers as a result.

    Gase, Flores, McDaniel…probably even Philbin as well. They were too involved in their area of expertise and not the entire picture. Gotta have a head coach that leads and is smart of the entire team, not just 1 of the 3 facets.

    Definitively would remove Philbin from this list, he’s one of the worst coaches to ever coach the Dolphins. I‘m not to concerned when it comes to that, it’s quite common in the NFL that a HC is mostly involved with one side of the football team. Most important thing is, that he can assemble a good coaching staff.
