Did anyone else watch this guy play against Mid Tennessee State yesterday? Middle Linebacker whose all over the field. I saw about nine to twelve snaps of him and I like him. He's originally a BC prospect but transferred after his freshmen year. 6'2 235 pounds and runs a 4.7 (4.6 low). He may be a little slow but I saw him get to the sideline quickly a few plays. There was three-and-out by Mid Tennessee State and he tackled the receiver twice and the RB once on the drive. He read some plays nicely and got to the player with the ball quickly. Later in the game, he dove over a pile to stuff the Mid Tenn. Quarterback on a sneak. Redshirt Senior this year.

Yeah, but he has room to bulk up.

Now before I go on about Frantz Joseph, I must thank alen1. This is the first time I've seen a thread that was started about an FAU player (and was not started about me).

Now, about Joseph. He's a very rangy linebacker. He knows how to read plays, like alen1 said, and can get sideline to sideline. Does he have 4.3 speed? No. But 4.6-4.7 isn't too shabby and he is very quick and is a very sure tackler.

If you guys want to see more of Frantz Joseph, I urge you (Especially Boomer, CK, and KB21  ) to watch the FAU vs. Troy game (or for people who are in the Fort Lauderdale area, I urge you to go out to the game at Lockhart Stadium for a live look). He's very impressive, and quite frankly, he could be the first ever player drafted out of FAU come April.

Edit: The game is on Tuesday Night.

Not necessarily, but the ability to gain weight and shed blocks is going to important. There are a fair amount of low-mid 240 pound interior ILBs.

Hey, guys, just reminding you that the FAU vs Troy game is tonight. It's going to be on ESPN (don't know which one, but I think it's ESPN2). I want everyone to get a good look at Frantz Joseph.
