The Chiefs (5th ranked defense) gave up more points to the Raiders than the Dolphins. Same with the Ravens. The Broncos (4th ranked defense) gave up 18 points.

Solid must win against a weak opponent, pls repeat next week. Nice to see that our Eichenberg got a W today in the inner family battle.

4-6.. greatest comeback in Dolphins history still on track lol

Anyway, this was a fantastic game. First truly complete game this year, and yet more evidence our offense can adapt even when the deep ball is taken away. Tua now has a 101.5 rating for the year. That's the same efficiency as last year even without the deep ball. Credit to McD for adapting. Now onto NE.

It's worst case scenario and the place I feared the most.

Not good enough to make playoffs/be good enough to win in playoffs.

Not bad enough to pick at the top of the draft.

    It's Tannehill years 2.0.

A good margin in the end, but we made them look better than they are at times.

    For what exactly?

    It is like this man...

We have a difference of opinion about this team, this season, and the things they need to do moving forward.

Because you do not like my opinion, because I will not be a cheerleader???

That is your reason to make comments like this?

    Weak... Very weak.

I would offer you the advice that Finatik offered me in this thread.

    Focus on talking football.

    Cheers.

A weak opponent that beat the Ravens.

GTFOH with your backhanded BS. A win in the NFL is a win. When you lose your virginity, even if she's fat, you'll consider that a win, right?

Pathetic we're happy the team won and still has a slim but nevertheless realistic chance to make the playoffs. Unbelievable. This kind of post is exactly why so many posters don't like you.

We will miss out on a top 5 pick

So we can pretend to contend next year.. win 9 games and stay stuck in this perpetual loop of suckage.

It is going to be amazing.

Offense played well the entire game today. Monday they were clutch at the end, but they were disappointing much of the game.

    Brad

I have nothing against you man

So I will deal it straight.

It does not bother me that there are a handful of cheerleaders that have decided that they do not like me.

All of that is their problem... and it has nothing to do with Football.

Nothing to do with the Dolphins
Nothing to do with what we need to do to actually be a football team that can win a superbowl

I‘ll get excited if they turn this season around not after a must win against a weak injury depleted opponent.

Tearing the team down is not a good idea. We have a good QB. We need a good backup QB. We have talent on offense. Thinking that tanking is going to materially help us with Grier is not a smart strategy. No, best course of action is to develop a winning culture and keep improving.

Lots of bad logic here. You think finishing strong is going to help us with Grier?

You think tearing it down is a better idea? With Grier? That's bad logic.

Be realistic. Grier isn't going away. Best course of action is to win.

No. I think actual change to the front office will occur with losing, not winning.

"Possibly getting into the playoffs for the 3rd straight year is less important that firing a guy I dislike."

    Talk about illogical...

What if the Dolphins do the improbable and win a playoff game...or get to the SB? Should Grier be fired then?

I don't think so. Ross had so many opportunities to get rid of Grier and never does so. Realistically, the only way I see Grier getting fired is if Tua bombs. Maybe that would do it, but Tua's playing too well for that to happen.

Can't explain yourself? Can't refute what I wrote.

And if you're still trying to "get me" with the Marino and Tua thing, maybe you need someone to explain posts to you? That or you're just grasping at straws. Per usual...

The pressure on Ross to fire Grier doesn't increase with limping into the playoffs. It does with finishing at the bottom of the league.
