Tbt I really hope you're right about Baltimore pulling out the win, but I think Buffalo is gonna be too much for them to handle even at home. So I'm picking the Bills, but rooting for the Ravens.

Atlanta Birds Atlanta looks like they hang with anyone this year. Kirk Cousins still looks like a pilot in Top Gun who just so happens to be super competitive while also being a really nice guy.

Cincinnati Burrows I want to pick the Panthers, but Burrow will get this one. The Andy Dalton magic will not continue. It's the main reason why he's playing for his 27th team in the league. Too bad we don't currently have him in Miami! We'd be Super Bowl contenders with him.

LA Rams Stafford finding a way, proving he's still a very good QB. No receivers? No problem, he still has TuTu Atwell to throw to. I'm so old I remember TuTu's father who played at Minnesota, yet never in the pros.

Green Bay Oh it's clearly the system working. Malik Willis (no relation to Dontrelle) is having an equally out of nowhere, surprising start in Green Bay similar to what Dontrelle did with the Miami Florida Marlins 21 years ago!

Jacksonville Because why not? I don't know! I'm bored, I truly do not like CJ Stroud after his big brother speech to Caleb Williams the other night. I'm picking Bella Martina and the Jags to surf their way to a win. Can't believe I called them a quality team three weeks ago!

Schittsburgh Steelers I have to say that I'm impressed with them. Mike Tomlin has very carefully coached his way into the upper echelon of coaches and may very well be on his way to all time great status. Not only does the guy very carefully win games. He very carefully succeeds with less than adequate talent at the quarterback position. He's also a very careful jokester. Do I miss Ben? No, and the Steelers are much more fun without him. Grind it out win in this one...Very carefully.

NY Jets Aaron Rodgers is going to be a game changer for them. I'm so conflicted! I absolutely loathe the NY Jets, but Aaron Rodgers has and always will be one of my all time favorite players! What a damn weirdo....So is Robert Selah...Just a couple of weirdos running that team.

Philadelphia I love the birds! Philly is an acquired taste...Not for everyone. Mike Sirianni getting eaten alive by the Bi-Polars of Philadelphia only to survive the feeding and return to coach the same team in the same city is unprecedented for this town. If they lose this one, he'll be fired....Maybe not. Just eaten alive again. Hell is repetition.

Arizona Cardinals Good win for Phoenix over the Redskins. Old school game. I remember when these two were in the same division. It's 1991 again! Who could ever forget about the epic QB clashes between Tom Tupa and Mark Rypien? The Redskins went 14-2 that year and won the Super Bowl while the Phoenix Cardinals went 4-12. As a former AZ resident, I can say that my Step-Grandma Dee NEVER, EVER gave up hope for her Cardinals that year. They win this one for her on Sunday.

San Francisco I mean there's no friggin way right? I got nothing else! San Fran all the way...48-0

Kansas City Yeah yeah yeah. The douche bowl of the week. Mahomes and Harbaugh. Two personalities I'd never want to be in the same room with. Travis Kelce is slowly vanishing while the Chiefs remain unbeaten. Nothing swift about this one though. The Chargers will take them down to a field goal by Butker from 55 yards out!

Cleveland Who the hell even knows anymore? Deshaun Watson will throw for maybe 112 yards, the offense will score one TD and the Browns will still somehow win this game by thirty after trailing at halftime by 20! I love their defense!

Baltimore I'd rather crap in my hands and clap before ever picking Buffalo to win anything. Baltimore needs this game. Josh Allen has reached his peak. Like his absolute peak! This is as good as he will be for the next five years. What a talent! It pains me to say that. Buffalo can beat ANYONE in this league, but Baltimore will beat them on Sunday.

Miami - What a way to finish off the crappiest day of the week! Getting our asses kicked by the Titans! Quite possibly the ugliest game of the week. Like "Ugly Hot"...Two teams that were supposed to be better than what they've shown, but still have...Kinda of attractive pieces?...Brian Callahan vrs Mike McDaniel...Think Tilda Swinton vrs Martha Plimton ugly/hot. I won't even speak on the QBs. Tim Boyle? Will Levis? Mason Rudolph? This will be hot garbage. Our only hope is Tyler Huntley and if he plays, we will win. Unless DeAndre Hopkins plays. Fins till I die! Yeah I'm picking them again.

Detroit - This one will be fun. I like both of these teams. I would love to see either of them in the Super Bowl. Geno Smith, Jared Gosling. Pete Carroll and his new advisory role with the Seahawks! Maybe we'll get to see Dan Campbell powerbomb Mike MacDonald at halftime! DETROIT WHAT!!!!! My new favorite team until Miami returns to relevancy in 2026 with Arch Manning. Lions in a thriller...I'll be asleep before it's over.

 

I'm not sure what happened or is going on, but I know that I made my picks earlier this week, but they don't seem to appear anywhere. Oh well.

 

Finatik started a thread first. Dark Knight was originally creating these, so not sure what happened. Anyhow, Finatik couldn’t figure out how to combine the threads so he asked that everyone just move their picks to this thread.

 

I guess I missed that. Oh well.

Never have I been happier to pick the wrong teams than the Denver/Jets and Ravens/Bills games today.

I'll take my two L's gratefully for the two teams I really wanted to win getting the W's.

Looks like Derrick Henry is going to put them over the top this year. They took the Bills out to the woodshed as Grampa woulda said.

 

I agree. I gotta laugh because after the first game a couple commentators mentioned that it looked like Henry was past his prime, and had lost a step. I wish I could watch them eat those words tonight.

 

I wish the Ravens would lose every other game they play this season while he looks like trash, lol. I hate them almost as much as I do the Bills.

 

We'll have to disagree on that one. I've never liked the guy. I obviously realize that he's had sustained success, but his strange build with a really big upper body and really skinny legs just looks so weird, and I don't enjoy watching him play. He's like a cartoon character.
