This was a horrible week for everyone. Hooligan and Puka-head were the fortunate ones. Just wish Puka and explosions would have gotten their picks in before Thursday

There’s no way anyone did well the last two weeks. The Raiders go into Baltimore and beat the Ravens, then go home and lose to the sad sack Panthers? Insanity.
Thus far, this season is proving one thing, we don’t know what we think we know. Who are the Bengals? Who are the Ravens? Who are the Cardinals? Who are the Cowboys? Who are the Saints? Who are the Buccaneers? I dont think any of us are really going to have a real pulse on any of the teams until mid-season!
The NFL is a lot harder to predict these days than it used to be. I started picking games my freshman year of high school in the early 90s when one of my teachers had a contest, and back then a 10-6 week was poor for me. But teams are far less consistently good these days, even within the context of a single season, and chaos means luck unfortunately.
Yeah man, for sure. It's gotten crazy unpredictable these days. My mother had an office pool going wayyyy back in the day, like 1991. She bought two spots and had me fill one out. I was like 9 at the time. Back then you picked the winners and the spread for the MNF game. I had no idea what I was doing, but I hit every pick and she won like 300 bucks that week which was pretty cool. I have never come even remotely close since that happened at hitting on any of these. They're still fun tho. Glad we're doing this.
That's the exact same year I started. No prize other than pride, but still a lot of fun. The teacher would post the leaderboard in his room every week. I happened to have his class my first three years of high school, so it was part of the process for me going from a kid who liked to watch to a huge NFL superfan who was obsessed and glued to any info I could get.
