I called it before: He's our version of Sacha Baron Cohen. Somebody who makes a point of pretending to be someone else to fool reasonable people into revealing a shocked response. You're sitting there, scratching your head at how it's possible that somebody could be this over the top. Meanwhile, he's sitting back and laughing about how you could be so ignorant as to fall for it. It's performance art. He's not real.

He has me blocked so I can't search his history. Don't know about the "dancing in front of Tua poster" but he has made homosexual jokes at Tua and Tua fans for years.

The call on Tua wasn't BS. They have **edit** 1 step and can still have contact. That doesn't mean they have 1 step to blast a forearm/elbow into the QBs back when the ball is clearly away and the rusher has unblocked vision and isn't even engaged with a blocker. Dumb penalty that gets called every time.

    https://.nfl.com/the-rules/nfl-video-rulebook/roughing-the-passer/
    ROUGHING THE PASSER

Because the act of passing often puts the quarterback (or any other player attempting a pass) in a position where he is particularly vulnerable to injury, special rules against roughing the passer apply. The Referee has principal responsibility for enforcing these rules. Any physical acts against a player who is in a passing posture (i.e. before, during, or after a pass) which, in the Referee’s judgment, are unwarranted by the circumstances of the play will be called as fouls. The Referee will be guided by the following principles:

    1. Roughing will be called if, in the Referee’s judgment, a pass rusher clearly should have known that the ball had already left the passer’s hand before contact was made; pass rushers are responsible for being aware of the position of the ball in passing situations; the Referee will use the release of the ball from the passer’s hand as his guideline that the passer is now fully protected; once a pass has been released by a passer, a rushing defender may make direct contact with the passer only up through the rusher’s first step after such release (prior to second step hitting the ground); thereafter the rusher must be making an attempt to avoid contact and must not continue to “drive through” or otherwise forcibly contact the passer; incidental or inadvertent contact by a player who is easing up or being blocked into the passer will not be considered significant.

He had not taken his second step yet, it was a forearm shove, not an elbow, he was going full speed it was too late to slow down. If it had been called against us everyone would be complaing about it, just like we complained about the BS call on Wilkins.

I don't understand the logic of looking down on the Dolphins for taking advantage of a questionable call just because the other team failed to do so.

You should get your eyes checked. He blew up a defenseless QB from behind. Never attempted to let up. It was a vicious hit. Wilkins came in head on and did everything he could to let up on Prescott. The two plays were completely different.

Who would want Purdy over Tua? They are the same type of system QB.

He's having a terrible game, but overall for the year he's the #1 QB in key efficiency stats. Jury is still out on him, but if he keeping playing at a high level next year he's the real deal. At that point, claiming Purdy's stats are primarily due to surrounding cast is no less flawed an argument than the same claim some here make for Tua.

I really want you to list, definitively, on the record, the active QBs you want over Tua, especially to run McDaniel’s offense.

He'll also never admit he lives to hope Tua fails miserably. Everything else is irrelevant.

His eyes are fine. He just saw what he wanted to see. Only Cowboys fans and Dolphins haters think that was not a personal foul.

And we would be wrong. The step is a principle guide line not a ultimate determining factor. the rule is: Any physical acts against a player who is in a passing posture (i.e. before, during, or after a pass) which, in the Referee’s judgment, are unwarranted by the circumstances of the play will be called as fouls. The Referee will be guided by the following principles:

Parsons knew the ball was out and had plenty of time to not strike him with his forearm. A ”shove” is much different than a blow. A open hand shove, or chest bump doesn't draw a flag. His teammate in the same situation, same play, did not get flagged because he took the correct action. Refs call that 9 out of 10 times.

The guiding principles are for when it's not clear if a players action was "unwarranted", to help the ref make a determination. That wasn't the case.

Yeah he won't ever admit it, but his posting style is very clear: root for Tua to fail, and thus the Dolphins to fail — just so he can be right about Tua.

Keep my qb’s name out your damn mouth unless you preface it by saying the man is doing what he’s doing with an Oline in shambles and I mean shambles

The guys game has completely transformed the game. Completely nullified the best pass rushers and the worst olines All because of the speed from snap to release.

Anyone who can’t admit they were wrong doesn’t have a clue about how to evaluate a Qb… period.
Dont even mention those people names cause that’s what gets them off in their basement

That’s exactly why they threw the flag, the referee told Parsons that it was because he tried to punish the QB and I’ve no doubt that’s what he was trying to do.

I read a stat that said Parsons generated 8 pressures in under 2 seconds yesterday but he didn’t have a single sack on them, the hit on Tua was sheer frustration. He wasn’t able to get to him all game as the ball was out so when he finally got a chance to hit him he drives his forearm/elbow into Tua’s back. If he just shoved him with his hand the flag doesn’t get thrown.

Jimmy G had pretty much the same supporting cast and didn't come anywhere near Purdy.

    Some people are just stupid.

One guy is here everyday. He was here today, just before 9pm, and he's been here every day since the Jets game.

Some people are just too big a cowards to post. So instead they lurk like trolls and wait for a bad moment to create discontent. They should be banned. I'm pretty sure it's against forum rules to troll.

It was another poster, I stand corrected on that. Regardless you're still on ignore because there is simply no reasoning with you whatsoever. Unlike you, I can admit when I'm wrong on something. I get you, Canez, and Destroyer confused most of the time. You all eerily post similar, insulting things. My bad though, that wasn't you.

It was BS. He knew he couldn't legitimately tackle him, so he unnecessarily extended his arms and shoved him well after the ball was away. It wasn't like his momentum carried him into him. It was complete BS.
