At least. I read a couple of articles that said he was still good even though he lost a step the past couple of seasons. I'll agree if "still good" means the same thing as "elite". He pushed X into CB2 and X is better than most teams' WR2. That's huge.
I'm happy to admit to being wrong about Ramsey and Hill. I knew the players they could be, but I was worried that they'd coast by and cash in their large pay checks at South Beach. Both of them have gone out of their way to be team leaders, not just star performers.
