Take away Kelce, and the KC offense isn't nearly as good as they have been. He's 34 years old and starting to show wear and tear, and once he falls off it'll be interesting to see what happens with Mahomes.
The online is good but no one is getting open. If we get into a track meet. There’s no way they can compete.
This is probably the weakest WR corps that Mahomes has had to work with since he’s been in the league. They will probably be associated with every potential WR trade target before the deadline (Mike Evans, perhaps?)
I actually got bored watching the game and switched to something else. KC is still a great team but I don't think they're going to be competitive enough when it really matters.
Wife and I got back from a wine tasting class at Total Wine (effing French…but that’s another topic), turned the game on with about a minute left in the first half…and turned it off. I don’t even know what the final score was.
It was a Thursday night game, they are usually a ****show. Throw in it’s a divisional game, funny things happen in them. If Kelce goes down, KC are screwed. I’d honestly double him every play and force those WR to beat me if I was a defensive coordinator.
still amazing how Kelce gets open so easily and no one goes to cover him. I would be spying him for sure
Denver’s defense is better than ours? We hung 70 on them and KC couldn’t even get 3 TDs. I just don’t view that upcoming game with as much angst as I did at the begging of the year.
We also knew that Denver had to throw every down to come back. The Chiefs will not be as predictable.
