Definitely not out of the question but like I said, he's going to have to show improvement.

The SD defense looks very weak... I think we can score some points on them.. Now the question is can we stop them on D?

Effin Kellen Clemens throws an interception right to the guy I couldn't have intercept a pass!!!!!!!!! I lost my FFB game because of that!!!!!!!!!!!

    :sidelol:

Sure we can. Pressure Rivers and he'll force throws which end up in turnovers. With Tomlinson struggling and our defensive running game doing well, a win is not out of the question for us. Problem is that Marcus McNeil is back for the Chargers.

Btw, Favre sets another record. Most INT's on MNF, 39 according to Scott Stuart.

we need to play intense, come out the polar opposite of flat.
we need to give chad some time, establish some passing, then open up the run(backwards i know). and we need big safety play. rivers needs to be off. we need to be on him.

the chargers are obviously beatable. i hope we get the breaks needed, and have the gameplan set up, to get a win. if we can crush the Pats in New England...we can be optimistic about any given Sunday. Just the same, we could get spanked too.

only Jet fans assumed Kris Jenkins wasn't going to miss time. Hey, we'll be in trouble too, not IF but when, Fergy goes down for a spell.

Langfords been great. Starks was great this past week. that said, neither guy can do what fergy does. we need him like the Jets need jenkins.

Getting pressure on Rivers will be the main key to the game. If Miami can get in his face and get in the backfield on a consistent basis they will have a great chance to win.

This defense will be in SERIOUS trouble IF he goes down for any length before about week 10-12.

By then, I think an identity will be found.

Before then, he is the absolute ANCHOR of this defense without any doubt.

In the Chargers-Dolphins game, I think we will have to limit turnovers against them. One key statistic is 7-0. The Chargers are 7-0 when Cromartie has an interception. We will have to limit turnovers, run the ball successfully, stop the run defensively, rush Rivers and not allow big plays. Rivers will force the throw if he is pressured. One other thing is we have to protect Pennington. The Chargers defensive line will be a tough task.

Chargers D is playing terrible right now, if we can keep the offense off the field we have a chance.
