Bad play by the Houston D there, but the Fins did what they did well.

28-3. Always good to see a rookie get on the score sheet.

Skylar looking good. Mike White I think is toast.

Me too. Like him a lot. They need a back like him.

Channing Tindall has been getting a bit of bad press for his play lately in practice so good to see him make a few good plays here.

Skylar looked good last preseason too.. and he did some things in that game against buffalo that looked good.. i still remember those crucial drops by Gesicki that just killed us in that playoff game.. we are playing our third stringer and we couldnt hold onto an easy catch..

He may just be the guy behind Tua..

Well after a few weeks where there has been plenty of questions asked about the defence, it's good to see them respond by not allowing a single TD.

Your mistake is thinking I care about your opinion of me.

The receiver is open, but Tua simply can't jump off one foot and make strong throws. The arm strength isn't there.

I'm watching some of the Colts/Bears game at the moment, and wow some of the OL work is brutal. Show that it isn't just a Miami issue but a league problem.

Didn't Waddle have the drops too?

Finally got to see the game. Any win by the Dolphins is a great day…even if it’s preseason.

Fantastic offensive performance!! Yea, Tua had an “oh crap” the very first play. Ok, got that out of the way. What a command of the offense driving 98 yards for the TD.

I’ve always liked Skyler (much more than Dishwater) and he continues to impress me as a legit backup to Tua.

Ahmed!!!! In my best Jeff Dunham voice…”Greetings defenders…SILENCE!!!! I RUN OVER YOU!!!” There’s always been something g about Ahmed I’ve always cheered for. So glad he had a great game.

Defense played VERY well giving up only a FG, but I was a little concerned they gave up some first downs I expected a Fangio defense to hold.

OL is STILL a concern for me. Pre-snap penalties didn’t bode well for players trying to make the team. I can’t believe you go from 3rd and 1 to 3rd and 11 to false starts.

Bottom line, feel good with what I saw but there is definitely some work left to be done.

Hill had a big drop. Waddle had a huge drop.

I didn't see when Achane was injured. Had to be some rain on an otherwise sunny day.

Yep looks like he hurt his shoulder to what extent we will have to wait and see. Hope it's not significant but it worries me that he will get banged up early in the season now!

Also surprise surprise Armstead was injured again on Thursday and missed the game. We gotta get replacements we CAN Not have a Center tossing high passes again this year and have our starting LT missing games. We just can't do that this year and expect to win. Way too much talent in our division and we need to address this NOW!

I liked what I saw from Brooks (RB) and Hill (TE), hope we find a way to keep them on board.

We're going quickly towards THREE DECADES of absolute trash oline play, with a few high priced injury prone players, and zero depth.

    Absolutely ridiculous.

Not sure about Hill, but I think Brooks has a good shot at the practice squad.

He made a pretty good case for himself yesterday. Someone else will grab him if they don’t sign him.

Still haven't heard about Achane's shoulder. Looks like Jones will be out 4-6 weeks.

At least it’s not the whole season, although it increases the likelihood that Liam starts the first few games. Might be time to give Risner a call.

From what I hear it’s going to be Wynn. The only chance we see Liam, is if we have more injuries on the O-line or if Liam does a 180 turn.

The entire TE group is underwhelming.

TE and oline are not important according to Grier's philosophy. Didn't you hear him say he's not worried about it? It's all about QB and recievers combos. That's what he learned from his old man.

So far without Terron Armstead this preseason, Miami's LT backups Kion Smith, Kendall Lamm, & Ryan Hayes have yet to allow a single pressure at LT. Geron Christian allowed one. Austin Jackson, Cedric Ogbuehi, James Tunstall, and Geron Christian have allowed 6 pressures at RT in 69 reps.

Which is bizarre, given the direction of the position in today’s NFL. Guys like Kelce, Hockenson, Waller, etc. are game changing, matchup nightmare, weapons of destruction.

Given the TEs on the current roster, we should just go with 6 OL most of the time.

As Keyfin has stated numerous times, Jackson’s technique is terrible. Why he’s still getting first team reps is beyond me, and apparently beyond at least some of his teammates, too.

He's still getting first team snaps because Grier doesn't want to admit he picked a first round bust.

That’s the only explanation that makes any sense. You would think the head coach, OC, and OL coach would go into Grier’s office and say “enough is enough with this guy”.
