Q: Have you been bothered by the changes in the organization over the last two weeks without being told prior?

A: "Not at all, and the reason I say that is I understand that I'm a part of this situation. I'm accountable to the situation we're in, and I say that in a very accountable way. If we're not sitting here in this situation, none of this happens. If we win football games, none of this happens. I'm charged with that, and I accept that responsibility. However, it is, in my view, a great opportunity with Bill Parcells coming here. I know, and I think you guys could figure out, how much respect I do have for him. The fact that he is here with the Miami Dolphins now I see as a positive. That's how I view those kinds of things."

Lol. Cameron sounds kinda feisty. Its like yeah I know we got a new sherriff in town but dont think I'm going to lay down to him. I got my agenda he has his. We'll know this week if he's stilll around next year. Like the attitude though. Parcells may get a chuckle out of it also

You never want a Coach to lay down to anybody i think Bill will respect that and cam will be back next season but if it happens again i think he is out

Here is my biggest question, can Cam regain these guys on the team, and can he keep control of them?

Cam: Bill, I'm having problems with a few of these guys not wanting to go along with the program.

    Bill: Which ones?

    Problem solved.

You do realize the ones that Cam has had problems with is the ones that were on the team before Cam was even here.. If they have a problem with Cam, they can take a one way ticket out of Miami as far as I'm concerned...

If he's kept he only gets one year to prove his worth. We'll know by Friday, probably even Wednesday

I was thinking the same thing. I cant think of one problem player from his batch. Its only the leftovers that had a problem with him

Because they figured out he was looking more towards the future than to the present.

Yes brother, however when you are a leader, manager or coach, whether they are your employees or players you must get them to respect you and perform for you. If they don't then either the coach or manager, or employees/players have to go.:hi5:

Yep, and I'd rather see the players go because if they aren't performing up to par. I understand if people want to get rid of the coach, but in reality, you're not going to be able to make everyone happy. The coach has to pick his guys that he knows he'll make happy, not just hope they are happy

    Bingo.

Do these people really think that suddenly their antics this year will be forgiven because Parcells is in charge now? Parcells takes a dimmer view of egotistical players than Cameron does!

Does Cam have that personality to be a coach/leader and hold players in check and get involved before we have fights?

And that could actually be one of the main reasons for the Parcells hire.

And you and I both know who we're talking about mainly.
