The Ravens have had two losing seasons in the last 15 years. The Dolphins have beaten them twice in the last 15 years, both in those down years, and both by the skin of their teeth. Otherwise, Miami has gotten their rear ends kicked every single other time, and in increasing fashion. I cannot believe that the line isn't bigger. Betting on Baltimore is like printing money. 1-15. Just sayin. And I would say "any given Sunday" but it's Thursday Night Football. So we're FFFed
Dolphins - One for the history books Cowboys Titans Colts Patriots Bills Steelers Buccaneers Cardinals Chargers Broncos Seahawks Raiders Rams
Ravens Cowboys Titans Colts Patriots Bills Steelers Buccaneers Cardinals Chargers Eagles Packers Chiefs Rams
As I said, that was probably the worst Baltimore team of the last 15 years. Not a lot more to feel great about from that day than the Texans game this past Sunday
Ravens Cowboys Titans Colts Patriots Bills Steelers Washington Cardinals Chargers Broncos Packers Chiefs Rams
Dolphins Cowboys Titans Colts Browns Bills Steelers Buccaneers Cardinals Chargers Broncos Packers Chiefs Rams I AM trying, I am loyal and I choose the Dolphins because I said I would! Go Fins go!
Ravens Cowboys Titans Colts Browns Bills Steelers Buccaneers Cardinals Chargers Broncos Packers Chiefs Rams I WANT to pick Miami, but we all know there’s no way they’re going to win. This game will be over at halftime The Browns and the Patriots are a toss up. Jacksonville could actually shock the Colts The Eagles and Broncos will be an interesting game.

LMAO, I demand 1 point for my win tonight....and 1 bonus point for each Fins fan who picked against us! I am absolutely giddy over the win tonight! Of course I didn't expect it, but that's why I never pick against our boys (and why I don't gamble period...I'd be down a fortune this season!) Grats Hooligan! We are dominating the week so far! =)
Happy to take the L tonight. Just wish I hadn’t started Lamar on my fantasy team usually don’t start Thursday players. But I’ll be happy to eat that L too. Love to beat the dirty birds
I started Andrews in two of my leagues and he did well. But I started Gesicki in the other and got squat. I also started L. Murray in one league and the Ravens benched him, which didn't help me.
Aww, come on.....Tampa is the new New England. It's always fun to see them lose! If I weren't trying to be semi competitive here, I'd always pick- - Fins to win - Titans to win - NE to lose - Jets to lose - Bills to lose - Tampa to lose - Baltimore to lose - Pittsburg to lose I do pick the top-3 almost every week though- Fins/Titans to win, NE to lose. Probably not the smartest strategy. =)
And now the Steelers with a tie... How about instead of ending with a tie they shrink the field in half and give 5 mins more. Then half again. Or sudden death penalty kicks?
I'm completely fine with ties. What I hate is when a sport changes the rules for OT like college football does.
Here's my idea- after a single overtime, if nobody scores, then we go to "sudden death" rules. Each team fields 11 players on the goal-line, and the football is placed at the 50. Once the ref blows the whistle, all 22 players rush for the football and try to advance it into the opponent's end-zone with full possession (more than two steps past the goal-line plus a football move). Tackling does not stop the play, nor does going out of bounds. However, if you do run out of bounds on the opponent's side of the field, the opposing team's players are also allowed to tackle you, recover the football and then throw it back in-bounds to any of their teammates. If you go out of bounds on your own sidelines, your own team is allowed to block for you, but that also makes the entire opponent's bench eligible to take the field of play. The football can be advanced outside of either sideline. Additionally, unlimited forward passes, kicks and punts are allowed during this play-period and dropped catches are still considered live footballs. There are no time-outs during sudden death overtime, nor are there any clock stoppages or penalties (including, intentionally carrying an opposing player out of bounds on their own team's sideline).
This has been a CRAZY NFL weekend. Miami over Baltimore? Washington over Tampa Bay? New England DESTROYING Cleveland? Pittsburgh and Detroit tying? My worst week of picks this season
Now that I think about it, no one picked the Pittsburgh v Detroit game right so...do we count ties, everyone gets an "L" or is that game completely tossed out and not counted? I mean, we were all right...and all wrong. What are the "unofficial" rules?
Unless there is any objection I'll just count ties as a loss for everyone. The game was incorrectly called. It probably won't happen again this year (happens 5 times next week for me saying this) so it shouldn't wreck averages too bad. This week in general has been crazy, not only looking at the wins/loses but also the number of blowouts seems high. I've been saying strange week for multiple weeks in a row... strange year I think.
I would say that ties are simply ignored. Neither wins nor losses. Just don't add that game into the total.
