And I still feel that Tua looked quicker on his feet today.

Tua hangs another one up there. What's up with his deep balls? They just seem to float and hang way too much usually leaving them a bit short.

Tua up over 300. The no name WR's stepping it up a bit here.

3/55 for onside kicks in the league. Jeez. They've got to fix this so it's at least a relevant option again.

On two of them he was under pressure when he threw them, if I remember correctly.

They should change the no touching insidebten yards to inside five yards or something.

Great game, and hopefully the team takes this loss in stride. They lost by six playing 2nd and 3rd string receivers & backs. Nothing there to be ashamed of and the D showed that it is indeed legit.

Well, I don't know about you but that was a decent effort. Shame about the injuries. We clearly need some upgrades in places. But we're fighting. Sustaining drives. Making some decent plays.

Had you told me at the start of the season we'd be hanging close to the Chiefs I'm not sure I'd have believed you.

If special teams doesn’t give up 7...if Tua doesn’t take a safety...if sanders hits the field goal. Plenty of opportunities today. Could say we should have won.

So do the Chiefs not really get to count this game due to all of the injuries or is that rule just for the Dolphins?

Ya know, this one's going to hurt tonight. We turned them over 4 times, still gave up 30 because our offense couldn't get it done and missed too many opportunities with drops, and brainfarts. This coulda, and shoulda been a win the way he played today IMO. Top it all off with losing Gesicki down the stretch and it's a pretty tough pill to swallow.

That being said, I'm excited to see where this team goes next year after we can spend the offseason rebuilding the offense. We rebuilt the defense already, now it's time for the offense and under Flores and his staff we should have a very competitive team. I like the direction we're heading here. Get Tua some playmakers and look out.

I dunno I think 5% chance seems about right. Maybe push it to 10%. But much more than that seems unfair for the leading team. Just my opinion though

Great game today. Nothing like playing the best to see how far you are from where you need to be.

Defense finally showed they could play well against a mobile QB. Actually played great for about 3 out of 4 quarters though came out flat early in the 2nd half. Tua continues to show why he has the potential to be great. Overall played well but still has consistency issues and still gets confused, which is normal for a rookie.

This game really reinforces the need to get that #1 WR in the draft and just in general go all out on building the offense. Only thing I didn't like was that the team came out flat at the beginning of the 2nd half. That's OK. Great game overall in the 2nd year of a massive rebuild. We get that draft right next year and we're contenders.

Personally I'd like to see it have something like a 25% success rate where it becomes viable to do strategically at any point.

Impressed despite the loss, like where we’re heading. We definitely need a RB and a true Nr. 1 receiver, a MLB would be nice, a Safety maybe and we should be good to go.

The Houston pick is up to #7 so a bit of good news for today. Let's hope the injury news is also good, but we can still beat the Pats at home and give the Raiders a tough game with our defense and Tua throwing to scrubs.

    Amen to that.

I really like what Bowden brings to the table though. I'd consider replacing Grant with him moving foward. At least Bowden brings something on offense and can catch the football.

Heart breaking loss for Miami however, I am happy with what I saw.

The defense did everything it could to win this game, 3 interceptions and what, 1? 2 forced fumbles? Mahomes only had 2 interceptions on the year and today he threw 3. I know he’s hoping they don’t have to play us again this season.

Offensively, I’m please overall with Tagovailoa but he did make some serious mistakes, particularly the sack in the Endzone for a safety.

The loss of Parker and Gesecki really hurt and as previously mentioned, down 3 running backs didn’t give the the running game option but hats off to Washington. He did play alright.

Hey, 2nd year coach with essentially a 1st year team and a bunch of rookies on offense, the Dolphins did well today against the Super Bowl champions

He had a great game but his deep ball does float and fall short quite a bit, or occasionally sails if it's a scripted quick one.

Still a lot of them today were good enough to be catches. Not a lot if help from the receivers.

As long as they draft the way we all hope they do. Playmaker at RB, and several at WR.

Add JaMarr Chase and Juju SmithSchuster to the WR corps, add a RB or two (Aaron Jones?) and we have an offense.

Seems we can move the ball but we just don't score enough - no chunk plays or big TDs coming from RBs or WRs just making plays, breaking tackles, etc.

We need a WR and a HB.

Then we need an athletic sideline to sideline linebacker who can play all three downs.

A little disappointing, but not really surprising, to lose to one of the best teams in the league.

It hurt us giving up so many points without replying, but I think Tua really looked the part at times today. At other times, he looked like the rookie he is.

The D continues to impress; four turnovers (three interceptions) against Mahomes and co. is a great effort, considering PM had only thrown two INTs all season.

If only the O could be more consistent, though, of course, so many injuries doesn’t help.

However, I think the team can take a lot of confidence from today’s performance.

What are you talking about? The defense played well against Kyler Murray! Tagovailoa just didn't have offensive weapons due to injuries and covid protocol like he had against Arizona.

Our defense played as well as anyone could have hoped for, intercepting Mahomes 3 times and forcing a fumble...not to mention a 30 yard sack of Patrick Mahomes!

Special teams is what killed us today. Jason Sanders missed field goal (add 3 points to our score) and the punt return for a touchdown (subtract 7 points from Kansas City)...Final score SHOULD have been 30-26 Miami! And if Tagovailoa hadn't taken the sack in the endzone, 30-24.

While I don't disagree about the need for a wide receiver, we need that running back first and foremost. Travis Etienne, THAT'S who we need to be targeting in the draft. Ja'Marr Chase isn't going to be there at for either or our 1st round picks, but with the league so hell bound on quarterback quarterback quarterback and everyone chasing receivers, Etienne WILL be there. We need OUR OWN Derrick Henry or Alvin Kamara to keep defenses off balance and make the passing game easier for Tagovailoa and what receivers we do or will end up having.

Like I said last season, 2021 is the season we should be truly competitive! I'm just utterly ecstatic with what we've done this year!

Defense played really bad against Murray. I mean you know that Murray had a 150.5 rating with 3 TD's and no INT's. Without Tua we lose that game. The defense kept giving up scores, and either Tua had to lead the team to a score or it looked like we were going to lose that game. I still think that was Tua's best game so far.

As far as today, the defense gave up a quick 7 points at the beginning of the 2nd half. Only blemish on an otherwise great performance. But they did come out flat early 2nd half. In fact the entire team did. That wasn't good.

That punt return was the play of the game...specifically due to KC grabbing our left hash gunner by the jersey with both hands and throwing him to the ground....right in front of the sideline ref. Then Romo talks about it as a "high effort play" by the defender. I was bewildered by that non-call since it's what set the entire return up in the first place.

Maybe holding doesn't count as long as you hang on and pull the guy to the ground? I can't say that I understand that one at all.

Flat or good coaching? They went in at half time and made adjustments. That’s why they’re world champs.
