I honestly doubt that. Fitz has a much better arm than Tua. If anything Tua may be smarter with the ball in certain situations.

That said, I dont expect Fitz to come out and say Tua sucks and hes the much better QB. He knows his role and hes playing it.

But if he said he sucked then you would believe him or would it be some other excuse why now he's telling the truth?

Did you listen to the bit?

He volunteered specifics, he wasn't pressed to say certain things. He certainly sounded genuine.

Honestly nothing aside from Tua getting on the field and playing can convince me he is going to be more than a bust.

I dont mean to be a negative Nancy, honestly, I just find it incredibly hard to believe he will have any success on the field or be able to make any great throws that other QB cant in a game situation.

I listened and I think Fitz is just being a good dude and humble about himself.

I'd love to be wrong though.

But whats up with that Buffalo comment! Then again The Bills have a captive audience in Buffalo, what else is there in Buffalo besides the Bills and chicken wings. In Miami you have choices, lots of choices. And he hasn't been here thru the best of times.

Maybe he likes the attitude of people that live there.

You’re absolutely correct about nothing being proven until Tagovailoa gets in the field and plays. I do like how the offensive line is playing and that’s going to be crucial for him when he does start. As it stands right now however, we’re not going to see him play until Fitzpatrick plays himself out of a job.

I can see Tua playing week 10/11 after Miami’s eliminated from the playoffs to see what he has though.

Though what more does Buffalo have to do in the winter than football?

I've not visited either place, but I did find these tongue-in-cheek breakdowns... :D

You've never been to Miami? Oh man, you absolutely need to fly down for a long weekend and catch a game. Nothing like seeing a game in person!

True that. We had such a great time. South Beach and The Miami Dolphins. Doesn't get much better than that.

I'm a little overly down on Tua because Herbert was my guy by a mile at number five. Plus hoping for Burrow until we started winning last year.

I really do hope my analysis of Tua is 100% wrong though and I'll be the first to admit it if I am.

My first ever game was our playoff beatdown against the Ravens when we had James McKnight and guys like that. Even though we lost I had a great time, and the Ravens fans were 10,000x more classy towards Dolphin fans than my other experience when we came back and beat the Patriots.

A Patriots fan was drunk as hell and smacked my hat down over my head. It took everything in me not to throw him down the damn balcony of seats lol thankfully security escorted him out since a few fans behind me reported it.

Would love to! Although it would be more across than down - according to Google Maps I'm 4,390.52 miles from Miami airport more or less to the East.

    Sometime, hopefully!
