I was watching the game at a sportsbar and it appeared that on Chad's 2nd TD his foot clearly hit out of bounds around the 4 yard line. Did any of you see the replay? Why didn't Cam challenge it? Not that it made much of a difference, but why not throw the red flag Cam? :confused2:

We need to trade for chad Johnson this year he is a great player and that is way to close to be challenging anyways

Yeah he stepped out of bounds and it was conclusive but it wasn't challenged because we are talking about Cam Cameron.

Makes you wonder whos in the Booth for Dolphins and actually getting paid to spot basics like that. We challenge we win that one.

and also b/c he knows they would have scored EITHER way from the 4 so would have made no pt in torturing himself ne further.

Cameron isn't watching a TV, you can't tell those kind of things from where he was standing. Whoever was in the booth though, should have told him to throw the flag...

You are probably right but when u see calls challenged that are blatantly going to be upheld it does make you wonder if weve got 3 blind mice and Mr Magoo in the Booth.

If they challenged and it was upheld and the Bengals had to use more time to score, then at the end of the half, perhaps they don't have enough time left to score that TD with 4 seconds remaining. Perhaps they fumble the snap on the next play after the challenge. Many different things could have happened that kept them out of the EZ.
Granted it's been a tough year but ya can't look at things with a defeatist mindset of oh well they'd have just scored anyway.

did it really matter? this is miami, miami doesnt come up with KEY plays buddy as evident right there with not challenging it. im a realist and till is ee somethign happen that proves me wrong i wont go out assuming greatness is on its way or even solid play. what if during those 4 plays JT tore an ACL? Porter broke a hand? or whomever. can't look at it ur way either to be exact if u wna be so detailed on "if's"

I disagree.. having an injury the next play is the price of football.. the ONLY way there is ANY chance of preventing the touchdown is to have another play.
