There have been rumors that he was available for a week or two now ... I guess this explains why. I wouldn't be in a big hurry, he seems to be a guy that has loads of potential but struggles to realize it. Not sure what I would consider a good price, but I wouldn't give up a ton.
That division should be a three team race all year long, and the Panthers could end up 0-6 in the division and at the top of the draft. It'll likely come down to who stays healthy.
