Look at his paddling stats. The guy has had a good season because of his college gimmick runs in the pros.
About damned time. Vaccaro should've picked him in the first half. Jackson has thrown them like four and they've only gotten two.
hahaha. You do you bro. Ryan tannehill has contributed three touchdowns in this game and shoulda been four if not for a drop. But conveniently overlook that to fit your narrative. It’s cool. keep talking like you’re right. As long as you believe in you, it’s all good.
Whoa, whoa, let's not be quick with the Lamar Jackson slander. Everyone has a bad game every now and again.
I don't think I was ever as wrong about a player as I was about Henry. I thought his upright running style would just not work in the NFL for someone that big.
Seriously chill with the Lamar hate... he is a fantastic quarterback, and is only in his second season.. the big mistake was benching him in Week 17.. 20 days without a snap, the Ravens are paying big for it now and the rest of the NFL wont repeat the Ravens mistake.
Jackson has actually gotten his passer rating up from a 19 to a 47. Forcing him to throw outside is key though.
He is one hell of a talent, that's for sure. Hell of a "QB" I don't know. Take away his legs his average. Wonder how many years he has in that ability?
Tannehill has been huge tonight but I think we all can agree that the entire Ten team has stepped up. Just dominant.
Ryan proved to me that I was wrong on him, he showed exactly what was missing for me personally, I did not think he could do it and he did, he reached a level of play I didn’t think he would ever get to, I’m happy for him and his family and will be rooting hard for him to win it all..
oh no. You said he’s played a bit better and is just managing the game and gave all the credit to Henry and the D. You implied he’s played better than last week and is just managing the game this week and doing that better. Managing the game? That’s just not the case. At all. Because it’s all you’re saying he’s done. That’s every QBs role. He’s excelled tonight. You don’t like the guy But that’s fine, again, whatever. it doesn’t matter at the end of the day.
Lamar J had 36 TD passes and 1200 yards rushing this year. And he’s made lots of nice plays this game. He’s very young, he’s pressing...he’s still a terrific player.
a 114.7 QBR AND a rushing TD and this is a game manager game? Give it up. You were wrong about Tannehill
they’ve been in playoff mode for weeks. They’re the hot team you need to fear. They aren’t the best team. But they’re just on fire.
Teams with good running games are made for the playoffs. Imagine going into New England, Baltimore, and then Kansas City to the Superbowl. That would be one of the best runs ever.
It's not the number of passes you throw that counts. It's the passes you throw that count and you just can't admit that Tannehill is playing at elite status.
Receivers have been terrible as well - multiple bad drops all game. Line has been getting beat as well, especially in short yardage - though we saw that against the New England game last week. Harbaugh didn't adjust his short yardage game plan, they should have gone with a playaction or something. Titans playing a great game and firing on all cylinders while the Ravens are tripping all over themselves - that's how you end up with a game as lopsided as this. Agree that sitting the starters in week 17 was a bad move, just too much time off, too much rust, too much time to think and get into their own heads. Good on the Titans for making them pay.
A game manager role is determined by the ratio of runs to passes. It has to do with quantity, not quality. Notice that I also said that he's played very well in that role nonetheless, which is responsible for the blowout. Had he played like this last week, even with roughly the same number of passes in the game, they would've blown out New England as well.
