sense I don't feel like pm'ing the diet to 3 people.....im on my palm so copy and paste is difficult then on a pc.....here it is....

its all about eating 5 meals a day, not big....."hold me over meals"

for example ill have 2 eggs at 8am, grilled chicken and salad at 11am, 2pm ill have cheese stick, boiled egg, and chili, 5pm ill have some shrimp grilled with garlic and 8pm ill eat lean beef burger (no bun) or steak or something.....

drink water all day....perferably 1/2 gallon or more all day....then walk/jog after dinner.....

here is the kicker....all day.....everything you eat combined needs to be 40grams of carbs......1500 calories!!!!

I have found these 4 days finding calories with low carbs is tough.....i had filet mignon (sp?) tonight.....it was awesome low carbs decent calories.....

you will have a head ache....you will be moody....but around day 4.....your ok and you will WANT to eat like this.....as I said....as of this morning I dropped from 293.5 to 283.5.....a long way to go to my football playing weight of 245 (mike linebacker) but I'm confident ill kick butt and get down.....any other questions pm me guys!!!

OMG ... how about that game last night?

 

Just caught the highlights but looked to be a barn burner. I was watching NC state and SC. play. which was dreadfully boring, it was 3-0 by half time.

 

Id rather see the Cubs win over the Phillies any day. Cole Hammels has had the worst luck this year when leaving the game with a lead.

 

Meh is life, it is everything and it is nothing, it is the essence of which makes us human.

 

My only advice is to try to completely cut off carbs with your last meal. More carbs during the day is actually a better idea (compared to at night) because that's when you'll need the most energy.

Whatever works for you, though. Good luck...

 

Your body needs carbs.. as long as you stay at 40 carbs or less a day you do the same thing to your body. You go into Ketosis. Ketosis is making your body use Fat for energy and burns it quicker.

sure you can cut carbs all together, but you wol experiance 0 benifits from this. On the contrary you will find it hard to keep this diet cause you will get bored of eating the same crap over and over.

The diet Sick is on is the one I Was on when I dropped all the weight. It is high effective and I recomend it to all.

I just gained weight cause of some RL issues im going through and I went to food for comfornt.. and the bad kind of food also.. but anyways.. Im about to get back on it.. When I started this diet I was at 315... I had droped to 250.. I am back up to 265 right now and im getting back on to get down to 220 by the end of the year.


If you are someone who likes to eat out and want to Calorie Count and Carb count while you are out this is a GREAT Site.
