PS Week 3 Dolphins vs Chiefs official game thread

Yes we do. KC came out with some nice 1/2 time adjustments - give them credit. But our guys figured it out and made their own adjustments.

Freaking penalties again. Now they have great field position.

You would think that this penalty crap would be over with already.

 

I have to admit there was something last season about them being so bad I never did get stressed out during the games because I really never expected them to win anyway (well the first 2-3 games I did). It was very relaxing unlike this type of game I find my blood pressure up, screaming and making obscene jestures at the computer monitor because I KNOW they can do better.

 

We are looking much stronger than the team that took the field last year. Minor problem with penalties, but the team seems confident on both sides of the ball.

 

Well they also look sure of themselves I think. Initial impressions seem to be that Sparano has them buying into his beliefs

 

We are kicking their backsides up and down the field, peele must have crossed a black cat's path or something...sheesh....

No matter though, the only concern for me is Q Moses seems a step slow, he is around the ball, he is not making plays....yet...

I notice Matty Roth is not bouncing off of people this time around...I bet he heard about Gerrard all....weak...long....

 

First thing Sparano mentions when going into the half. Too many penalties!! He better get it worked out because we know how penalties can kill a game.

 

Holy crap, Damon Huard is in...

Kinda old home week, Huard being back in Miami.

 

Overall coaching is much better already. I really liked Cam but it's becoming very clear he was in over his head as a HC.

 

Here comes the Henne after the Penny

 

Cam seemed like a nice fella, reminded me a bit too much of Mr. Hinky from South Park.

Sparano however looks every bit like he should as a head coach.

 

For what it's worth: I've got a t shirt autographed by Dellenbach. My wife actually got it for me several years back. Her and her buddies were in Woodie's on Islamorada and several Dolphins came in. She was trying to get all of them's autograph on the t shirt. But before she could, they got thrown out - the Fins not my wife's group.

 

We are still playing starters, even this late in the game, that means there is a good chance that we are watching and listening to our Spetember lineup at the moment.

Cool thing though, Jason Allen was on Special Teams and made a play, his rival Chris Crocker was on Special Teams and one upped him with a called back forced fumble.

Sparano has these guys psyched, the competition is busting out everywhere.

 

Chad Henne is in.

 

Henne to Bess...could be a good combo for us.

 

It looks like, aside from the WRs that's the last TC battle.

 

Looks like second team skill position players with the first string O-Line. Would have liked to have seen a completion on that third down.

 

Another damned penalty...

 

Cobbs v Parmalee...so far Cobbs seems like the guy though.

Henne in the game...Beck is out of the loop....

Pennington, Henne, and "whomever"....
