    My would be:
Get rid of Burke (Dc) and Christensen (Oc)
Get an established Oc and Dc, Norv Turner maybe and someone like Vic Vangio or Mike Nolan, Gase must be relieved of his playcalling..

Other things, Draft a Qb for development get a playmaking tight end, get a premier guard in Free Agency and cut some players to get some more cap...

    Draft could be
    1Rd: Hayden Hurst Tight End
2Rd: Lamar Jackson or Baker Mayfield (Qb) if they fall..

    the rest BPA.

Also get a new Punter Haack is really bad Darr was much better

Lamar Jackson nor Baker Mayfield will be good quarterbacks in the NFL. Do you watch college football or did you just decide to pick the last two Heisman trophy winners as the quarterbacks you want? Neither of them will make it in the NFL.

I agree with adding a guard through free agency. The line must be tuned up just a bit. I like DJ Fluker in terms of age and fit. Some depth through the draft, I'd give Asiata a look and maybe see what a healthy Larsen can do. Jesse Davis is actually going to be decent and the move to tackle may either signal James leaving, Tunsil switching to Guard or just some extra depth? Either way, I don't see our O line in the peril that others seem to view it.

I'm definitely an advocate of NOT being bigspenders in free agency. I'd like us to add a big blocking tight end for depth, and then draft one that can catch the ball and make plays. Gase seems to like to throw to the TEs, and he really hasn't had a good one to work with. Finding a mainstay at that position should be a goal this offseason.

As for drafting a quarterback to groom under Tannehill? Why waste the pick if Tannehill is going to be the guy anyway? We definitely need a backup for him, assuming Moore and Cutler leave. But do we sign a player that can take his job or just provide security in case of injury? Do we draft his replacement and eventually let it create controversy?

Aside from drafting a dynamic TE (assuming a good one is available) I'm really all about us improving on the defensive side of the ball through the draft. We need a pass rusher, and we definitely need to upgrade at linebacker. Assuming Raekwon comes back healthy, we should be decent. This team isn't as far off as some think it is. We were killed by injuries this year and above all, we lost our starting quarterback. I think the main thing is to hit a home run on whoever this first round pick turns out to be. Whatever position we address with that pick, please let it be a franchise player. That's where the change begins.

Other than that, I think we need to find a complimentary back for Drake. We definitely need to bring back Williams, and maybe sign a vet in free agency. I like Isaiah Crowell from Cleveland, and either Alfredo Morris or Jeremy Hill can be signed for cheap.

    So....Free Agency
    (G) DJ Fluker
    -Blocking TE (Lee Smith-Raiders)
    (RB) Jeremy Hill/Crowell/Morris
    (DE) De Quan Jones (Titans)
    ????
If we made four affordable free agent signings like that, I would be ecstatic.

The main thing (always) is that we have a good draft.

    1. [IMG] Miami Dolphins: Denzel Ward, CB, Ohio State

A quarterback will be debated here if there is a worthy one available, but I think the Dolphins will continue to start Ryan Tannehill next year. They'll focus on another position, and perhaps that'll be cornerback. Byron Maxwell was released, so Miami will need to find a replacement.

    2. Miami Dolphins: Hayden Hurst, TE, South Carolina
The Dolphins could add another offensive weapon. Addressing tight end makes sense, as I don't have much hope for Julius Thomas.
    3. Miami Dolphins: Sione Tehuema, LB, Southeast Louisiana Miami has a poor linebacking corps that is relying on Lawrence Timmons. That obviously needs to change.
    4. Miami Dolphins: Royce Freeman, RB, Oregon
The Dolphins traded Jay Ajayi, so they'll look for a new running back this upcoming offseason to pair with Kenyan Drake.
    5. [IMG] Miami Dolphins: Martez Ivey, G, Florida [IMG]
Miami's offensive line is an absolute mess. Laremy Tunsil has never adjusted to left tackle. Center Mike Pouncey needs hip surgery. And yet, both players have been much better than either of the two starting guards.

That's how a Mocksite has our first 5 Picks

I respect your ideas, but if we're resigning Damien Williams then I find it unlikely we also sign another back in free agency. I also think we need more linebacker support. McMillan is coming off an ACL tear, there's no banking on what he's going to be when he returns healthy. Fortunately he's young and got injured early in the season, but we still need guys as contingencies and we only have Timmons for one more year. What if Timmons has a Byron Maxwellian type of digression next year? It's reasonable to think that Alonso won't be any better at covering tight ends again next year either. The position chugs on, unsolved for the most part.

McMillan is definitely a wild card in all of this. Timmons should be nothing more than am ace in the hold next season, but I think we should keep him. People (included myself) soured on him dramatically after the crap he pulled to start the season. Still...he's under contract and he fills a need, so we should definitely keep him.

Also....I see your point on signing Williams. Either we re sign him or we go for a different option in free agency.

I’m all in on Lamar Jackson, people are sleeping on him for whatever reason. But they slept on DeShaun Watson too and look how that worked for Houston.

Lamar Jackson will not be a good NFL qb. What has DeShaun Watson done? He only played in a handful of games. He was 3-4 as a starter. Logan Woodside from Toledo is the qb I want the dolphins to get

Lmao you would of probably said the same thing about Tom Brady. And Watson had some incredible games this season, games we haven’t even come close to seeing from Ryan Tannehill in the 5 years he’s been here. But you go get your next Tannehill because I know you probably want a guy like Rosen or Darnold, both scream mediocrity to me but hey, why not.

Lamar is the next Vick of the NFL. I would absolutely love to get that on to my team. I will place whatever bet you would like on Lamar being the first QB pro bowler out of this draft class. Your very adamant about this so don’t back down now.

Timmons will be a Dolphins, for all intents and purposes, next year. His dead cap makes it not worth getting rid of him. He hasn't been horrible, but he's getting old and could regress, that's all.

Where did I say i wanted Rosen or Darnold? Did you read my post? Logan Woodside from Toledo is who id like the Dolphins to get. Do you even watch college football or do you just regurgitate the names of the QBs you hear about on ESPN? Lamar Jackson WILL NOT be a successful NFL qb. I'm guessing you wanted the Dolphins to get RG 3 too. Name the bet

I am pretty sure I read, that because of the suspension, the dolphins could walk away from him next season without much of a hit......and that would seem to be very likely. I will try to find that info again

Hahahaha Logan Woodside from Toledo, he’s from Toledo so he has to be a real barn burner. No I watch enough to know what I’m talking about and Lamar Jackson will be a next gen QB and I will seriously put whatever bet up that Lamar Jackson has a better QB career than your guy from Toledo. Lmao Toledo

You implying that because Woodside is from Toledo that he can't be good shows how little you know about football. Do you know where Carson Wentz went to school? North Dakota State. By your thinking, since he didnt play for a big time college program, you'd say he sucks. Ben Rothelesberger sucks too cause he played for Miami of Ohio. You watch "enough" college football? Again, that tells me all I need to know. You watch ESPN and look at draft rating websites.

The issue over Gase's playcalling is old-hat at this point. As the season progressed the offensive gameplan and the playcalling were both very, very good. He adapted perfectly. There's nothing wrong with Gase calling plays.

6 ft? Like Drew Brees? Russell Wilson? He's taller than both of them btw. So if a qb doesnt play for a big name school and is not 6'5, they suck? You really don't know anything about football.

I don't care about Toledos football team at all so I don't care if they're good or bad but again, you don't know what you are talking about. Toledo was 11-3 this year. Where as Louisville, where your man crush Lamar Jackson plays was 8-4. Not that that means anything
