Hi all. We have 2 managers potentially leaving, so we're presently throwing out feelers for replacements. You would be taking over their 2 rosters.

I know it sounds boring taking over someone else's roster, but the challenge of trying to make the team your own and potentially building it from the ground up is actually quite fun, and it's perfect for those of you fantasy ballers who like to be active. I've had to do the same with my team and it's been a blast.

It's a standard 12 team PPR dynasty league with QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, Flex, Def, K. 25 roster spots, and there's a 3 round rookie draft every year (it kicks off on July 15). You can trade draft picks, including future picks.

We're definitely looking for active Managers, and definitely people who will remain committed to the league for a while (since it is a dynasty and all).

Here are the 2 rosters below. If anyone's interested (which you should be if you're not already in a dynasty league), here's a direct link to the league to sign up for the temporary waiting list (July 15th is the deadline for the absent Managers to show up). https://thephins.com/threads/2017-armchair-dynasty-ff-league.91262/

I'm interested, if there is an opening. I posted in the thread that you linked.

I'm guessing FF would be fun, I've just never been able to get into it though. Keeping up with players from all 32 teams is basically a major job...not my cup of tea.

it is fun for a while, but if you have a couple teams you start rooting against your own players if you don't have them on both teams :)

That's what happened the first time I played it almost a decade ago. I needed my fantasy QB to have a big game but if he did, the Dolphins playoff chances were dead (not that we were going to the playoffs anyway, but still). It frustrated me enough to give it up right away- I'm not rooting for anything over Miami.

Well, I always look at it as that I want the Fins to win first and foremost. If they do, then I don't care if my fantasy player had an off day. But if the Fins lose, and my fantasy team wins, then at least I've got that.

In general, I don't draft many players from the Pats, Bills and Jets to avoid putting myself in that position.

We need one more player for this league. It's a commitment... but definitely a fun commitment.

Anyone who isn't in a dynasty league, you need to be joining up!

This is the roster you'd be taking over. We're in the middle of our rookie draft at the moment.
