I'm a really big Fox fan. I think people underrate him big time. He's the heartbeat of that Kentucky team. Unless Miami moves up, though, I can't see him falling to them. I've always liked Smith, but people seem down on him. He's been up and down and he's on a bad team, so maybe that's why. I think at the very least he can become Brandon Knight. Markanen for me is a projection because I don't think he's consistently shown his potential, but some games (UCLA in particular), he's been fantastic. I agree that he's not Kristaps, but I see some Kevin Love to him. With Giles, it's taking a big swing. If you look at what he's been this year you would think he's a 2nd rounder at best. But he was the top prospect in this freshman class for a reason. It's the ultimate boom or bust pick.
Basketball players cant fight... from kobe punching chris childs like a cheerleader, melo slap and run, and two swings and misses by ibaka and lopez, theres more than enough evidence they cant fight.. once in a decade they run into a guy like ben wallace who will chokeslam you like the Undertaker, but thats about it..
James Johnson is apparently a black belt in BJJ. Thats at least a decade spent on the craft, he has to have hands. I wish there was some footage somewhere of him.
He has been fighting MMA since he was 18. He has a 7-0 MMA record. he also has a 20-0 record in sanctioned Kick Boxing matches at Heavyweight.
Ellington, Whiteside and dion are not playing tonight.. ibaka obviously isnt playing.. our guys need to get healthy and asap
His family is full of badasses apparently. He has this swag on the court that says "don't **** with me" and I love it and can't wait to see it in a playoff atmosphere.
Devin Booker scored 70 against Boston. This is bonkers. If only someone took Justise before our pick.
It is what it is.. justise was very good value at that spot.. we missed out on Booker as did other teams
All our guys minus Dion set to play tonight in a potential first round match up.. lets try to get this one. GO HEAT!
Rockets beat the brakes off OKC, yet the headline is about a Westbrook triple double...lol. Gotta love these idiots. Keep pushing that MVP agenda for a guy whose team is underachieving. Props to Mark Jackson for mentioning that OKC was picked 4 games ahead of the Rockets during the preseason by ESPN. First commentator/analyst I've heard mention this. Seems like everyone has forgotten that since all I hear now is Westrook has no team around him. Didn't hear any of that b.s. before the season. 29 games above .500 3rd best record in the NBA Not too shabby for a team that was supposed to be competing for 8th in the Wild Wild West.
Im going to go on a rant... I know Josh richardson is Spoelstra's son.. but the guy has been a negative to us this season.. he hasnt been healthy and has never found his rhythm.. Meanwhile Tyler Johnson, Ellington and James Johnson hve their rhythm.. Richardson is shooting below 40% on the court and his 3 pt percentage is below 30... enough.. There is absolutely no reason at all he should have more minutes over Tyler, Ellington, James Johnson or even Babbit other than because hes your favorite... This kind of stupidity is going to cost us games down the stretch. No more josh richardon, gracias
It boggles my freaking mind that he gets 37 minutes, more minutes than anyone else on the team. Meanwhile hes been terrible all year. He shouldnt be getting more than 15 minutes. But Spoelstra is in love with the kid because of last year, so he continues to play him hoping josh wakes up. We cant afford to wait and see if Josh hit a wall, if last year was a fluke, if hes just out of rhythm. Who knows and who cares, this isnt January, its late March. We can figure out Richardson's issues in summer league. Until then, tyler, james, ellington should all be taking those minutes and the only one thst should take those minutes away from them is dion when he comes back
No one cares about that. The Knicks won tonight. That moves us down to 6th from 4th. #JunkForJackson #TerribleForTatum #JustLoseBaby
James Harden... 1st player in NBA history to score 2000+ points and assist for 2000+ points in a season. Guaranteed the media won't promote that. But, let Westbrook get another triple-double against some scrub team....lol Maybe they will be so kind as to let Harden on the 3rd team All NBA this year???
Lots to not like about tonight but a win is a win... *stares at josh richardsons minutes and pathetic numbers*
They need to win these types of games, good to grind some out. We're going to have to win games like this in the playoffs.
I'm jumping on the reduce j rich minutes train bro. He had 4 straight garbage plays to let them back in it. I would rather mcgruder play 40 minutes a game. But tonight's a beautiful night, let's enjoy this ****. We needed to pull off a close win like this where everything isn't going our way. Hassan walked off the court looking at his good hand. This ****ing guy I love it.
Josh Richardson is a net zero right now. He has no confidence, is turning into a turnover machine and he cannot hit an open shot to save his life. McGruder and Tyler Johnson need to take his minutes. Frustrating that both our 1st and 2nd rounders are doing jack squat this season.
