If you were to give a grade to the Front Office before the season what would you give them so far? Thanks for the input.
I gave them a B. I don't know...I mean, I've liked some of the moves, and others have me just scratching my head. Overall, I think they've done a pretty good job, and I think they've got us going in the right direction.
I put a C, while I like about 80% of the moves and I like the new attitude of the team, I will stay at a C until I see how it plays out on the field.
I gave an A- simply because they have got the team building from the inside out for the future and are trying to win now. Letting go of Thomas and Feely are strange/concerning but I understand the Thomas move and the need for youth and cap for future years (the Feely deal still befuddles me). They have also not done the bonehead moves that the Cameron regime was known for (like the Welker trade I hated). Overall they have the team moving in the right direction the only thing keeping them from getting an A is that we must see how the moves pan out and I'm worried that Parcells is afraid to let young inexperienced QBs develop on the field thus creating a Bledsoe/Romo situation.
I'm not going to make a judgment until I see what further moves (if any) are made and how well the team does through preseason. If McCown is released, if Wilford keeps slipping down the depth chart, if Randy Starks is beaten out by a rookie, etc, etc, etc I think all of those things go into determining a grade, no?
That is what I gave them bro. They have done an outstanding job of getting all of draft picks done, saw the Qb's were struggling, and got Pennington in here. They have let it be known if you are not going to pull your weight, come into camp in shape, or cause problems in the locker room you will be gone. We are finally turning this once historic franchise around, so we can show up to games and play with pride, team work, and discipline!
I'm disturbed by the lack of +'s in this poll... Anyway, I had to settle for an A-, since there was no B+...
B Cant give them an A just yet as I dont like what they did with the WR corps....which up 'til now is just sign Wilford and he's played like crap. EDIT: I know we've got a bunch of young guys like Bess in the mix but I still feel this position was just largely ignored.
I gave them an "A" the only move they made i didn't like was moving Loobook. They were trying him out as the 3WR all off season and they didn't like what they saw so they moved him.So i didn't like it, but it made since.
