Compare and contrast QBs or quit arguing with me. You have nothing to bring to the table when evaluating the QB position. You just say it's a team game. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
ok, weve found some sort of common ground, so lets figure out why hes running past the LOS about 1 1/2 times a game and why this single component of the game could actually be why the offense is so inconsistent. #1 we realize that Lazor is calling about 1 rollout a game...this is inexcusable for a qb who has this type of dexterity, and, for an offense with the oline issues..this is a big issue..please dont poo poo it over other issues, this is the easiest way for us to improve offensively immediately.. #2..Lazor is not calling enough read option plays for ryan to run.. #3 Ryan is not keeping the ball when on the rare occassion the play is being called, hes absolutely not called his own number over and over again...its maddening and worrisome..this needs to change, reps need to go up, regardless of risk...the strict pocket stuff is not gettng it done, and we need to win for christs sakes. #4..Ryan has shown 0 awaareness as to when to run for a first down...0....this is amajor flaw in his skillset, poo poo it all you want, this is a disturbing issue that needs to be addressed. so if im the head coach these are the things im changing and addressing in this mini bye..time to change style of play..
hes an underrated athlete, had this style of game all the way back to utah...thats the key phrase, it gives the offense some breathing room.. alex smith on the season is running 4 times as much as ryan tannehill...are you kidding me..not twice as much..4 times as much..lol
The coaches are not putting him in he best position to succeed and Ryan is not doing well in what they are asking him to do. He's doing okay but not great. After not having any games less than 70 rating last year he's had 3 ugly ones this year. He has a long way to go still
its the most frustrating queston, and has been that way going back to last year.. be prepared to get the whole, it cuts off half the field rebuttal.. no sh%% it cuts off half the field, that doesn't mean you do it once a freakin game.. the indictments keep coming on lazor...he better realize it.
I agree that his analysis depends on to many variables..yes you have to take into account variables but qb evaluation is all about iso.
ryan tannehills rushing yardage per game is down about 70 percent...think about that in all its context....if anything it should be going up.. why the fu$$ is this happening? why arent the reporters asking these questions?..ill tell ya why, because youll get the same stupid answers, ''the gameplan changes from week to week BS'' Like JD said, coordinator doesn't know what hes doing..and qb isnt aware.
