I never said that he did....I hope you realize that...but I think the question was, moving forward which QB would you rather have...and I said Tannehill..that's all..I did not want us to draft Matt Ryan but he has been pretty good to date...I wonder if there is any way that we could trade for Julio.

First, you said you would not be a happy camper if Ryan was our QB. That's a far cry from saying you'd rather have Tannehill. I'd rather have Aaron Rodgers but I would be a happy camper if Big Ben was our QB. See the difference? Wanting a homegrown QB is just fine. I wouldn't have batted an eye. I'd be unhappy with Geno Smith, Ej Manuel, Dalton, as our QB. Getting a Ryan, either one, you'd count yourself lucky.

But I'd be pretty happy with Matt Ryan as our QB. He's a top tenner or so. With a decent defense and a committed run game this guy can win you games, win you big games, win you playoff games.

No need for a Julio. Having a Julio or a Dez is awesome but we all saw what it means when you bring balance to the offense. Cowboys had their best season in forever, and all passing attempts were down (by more than 200 from two years ago) except they brought balance to the offense.

A healthy dose of Lamar and Ajayi at 5 ypc will do more for our offense than a Julio, or a Dez.
