The fallacy in this you making anyone look like a fool for having faith in tannehill. That's your own mind patting yourself on the back.

That's what I hate in these debates some thinking and acting as if their belief is above reproach, simply cause they said it. Happens on both sides of the debate. Tannehill has shown growth n has improved to validate peope having belief in him. He has also not reached where we need too be consistently so it justifies the concern. But doesn't mean you or anyone else has actually schooled anyone. Saying you made anyone look like a fool makes you look like a tool.

 

And, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't RT17 (lol) under much worse pressure much more often??

Great player + great situation. I take nothing from Rodgers but has he come to Miami for instance he'd have played as a rookie w a poor supporting cast and his numbers would look a lot different. Same goes for Wilson.

I think Wilson is great. I just think this game shows that having a QB isn't everything. The most important thing, but not the only thing.

Tannehill almost never just chucks it into double coverage, that's one of the things I like about him.

DJ, just think about the stuff people have said about Tannehill THIS SEASON. Then think about how you and others rave about Wilson. Then think about the Seahawks defense giving up only 8 (EIGHT!!!) Points a game for the last seven games. Then think about what he looks like today, in a big game, you know, like where you think Tannehill would be bad. Then think again about why Wilson just maybe has been wildly successful because of his overall TEAM that's around him.

 

I dunno lol. Still waiting for him to complete a pass, 25 minutes and counting.
