We gotta start Sticky'ing these threads at the start of the season. Did the team meet your expectations?
Hahaha, funny I wrote this... we are still on pace to get to 9-7.. I remember in another predicition thread started in about the 4th week I described how each game was going to play out and so far it went almost exactly as I said.
I thought I had put a prediction in his thread...maybe it was another one. I had predicted 10-6 if memory serves me correctly
Not yet. We'll have to win the last two games to meet my prediction. I don't think we'll win them both, so the Fins will probably be worse than I predicted.
No you predicted right, you predicted mediocrity and thats where we are headed to. These last two games are meaningless, the only reason the fans should show up is to protest and make sure everyone is fired.
this guy was pretty accurate. I had us at 9 and 7... two things that really hurt us.. Moreno was gonna be special for us..real leadership on offense, real identity.. The skill set of the qb was not utilized enough...
I also put us at 9-7 in several other threads but if the team could have stayed healthy they would have produced better than we expected. Guess that's why the if factor is always there. Edit: and I called for Landry to be Rookie of the year before the season started.
I had predicted on another thread before the season started that the Dolphins would finish 8-8 this year and once again fail to make the playoffs. I thought mid way through this season that I had underrated the team and I posted at that time I thought they had a solid opportunity of finishing the season 10-6 and make the playoffs . What I learned this season was that I should stick with my first prediction when it comes to this team. You would think that by now, I would have it in my thick head that this team just doesn't make the plays when the playoffs are on the line late in the season.
