He's right....the wife of a player hears a lot. Guys like Section and maybe CK know a guy close to the organization. She lays in bed with someone who has a front row seat to all the locker room talk.

Unless she has an agenda to be a blatant liar, I dunno. But she's much more privy than all of us.

The show is paid for out of pocket, and is not put on by a network or radio station.

If you have enough money or can find a sponsor.....you can have your own show too.

Really surprised the team hasn't tried to shut her up yet.

Maybe its true... Strange that even Jay Fielder had all the support in the world from our D/team and yet Tanny might not. Watching a game like NE, its hard to believe the team doesn't support him when he's the only one playing at a high level and his Wrs are dropping TDs left and right...

There are two things in see here. First, one of the most difficult things to do in life (and sports) is to look one's self in the mirror and take ownership of your failings. It's so much easier to blame someone else. I see some of that permeating this team from the offense and the defense.

Second, many here (myself included) predict a very bright future for Tannehill but he is not at a point in his development where he can lead this team regardless of circumstance. These players operate in the here and now and do not care what's best for the franchise two years from now because they likely won't be here. Because of this, some of the frustration bubbles over.

Having said this, this voice box is anything but helpful to this team. If Grimes was not an elite or starting caliber player, her yapping on twitter and the radio would get Grimes cut. She is taking advantage of this fact.

That's TOO bad that Miko is running her mouth again. She is the #1 reason why her husband was sent packing by the Atlanta Falcons ! Yep, her mouth and she needs to learn to zip it !!!!

So what if she does. The information Miko is providing is irrelevant in regards to the future direction of the franchise.
The players loved and supported Incognito aswell... sure didn't help him to keep his job with the Dolphins.

That was a rumor or gossip going around when we first signed Brent. His agent however is Tom Condon.

What does that have to do with anything? No one really cares what the wife of an NFL player thinks about the starting QB of her husband's team. Nuff said.

Why do you assume you know that? I would not talk as blunt to her just out of respect, but I would get my point accross. Why are you getting all upset over it PH?

Are you kidding? Serious question, it's not rhetorical.

Tannehill just ran up a streak of 5 games 70% completion. He also had two bombs dropped in the endzone by Williams and Matthews that hit them right in the hands, after all the complaining about his deep ball accuracy. And I say that knowing full well I'm one of those complaining fans. He had 347 yards passing. If those two catch those passes, he's got himself a 400 yard, 3 TD game.

I consider myself pretty hard on Tannehill. I've never sugar coated my feelings on his shortcomings. But I can say with all honesty, Tannehill is one of the few offensive players who has consistently showed up this season. It's not Tannehill's fault this team is 7-7 and we're out of the playoffs. If his teammates aren't supporting him, then there must be something going on that we're not privy to.

*** I also have a little bit of a hard time believing this report for another reason. Toughness. Ryan Tannehill is easily top 3 in the NFL in terms of QB toughness. He gets hit... a LOT. And he always picks his *** up. How can they not have some respect for this kid?***

Yeah, I guess some on the defense have to talk crap about Tanny to try and cover up their sorry azz play this year.

You thought Aaron Murray was a good nfl prospect
that is all I need to know about your expertise in judging qbs. You think tannehill is a below average qb that is all anyone needs to know about your expertise in judging quarterbacks. Again go pollute realgm with your special brand of nonsense.

I know you have some information on the dynamics of that locker room, Chris.

I get that it may be a small faction that may not support Tannehill, but when it's two of your best players (two of your leaders, one a captain), I think there is some concern there.

Like does it matter that Daryn Colledge supports Tannehill? Or a WR unit that will probably be replaced at year's end? Players follow Brent Grimes & Cam Wake. Not only because they're two of our best players, two of our most notable players, but also a captain and both leaders.

That has me thinking and worried a little. If you can't get buy in from your best players, leaders, captains, then that is cause for concern.

I think you're overstating how much their opinions matter to other players. Being a captain doesn't mean everyone agrees with you on everything football. Players look up to their work ethic and skill level, not their player evaluations. Not to say their opinions don't carry weight, but just not as much as people may think.

    I couldn't disagree more.

I'm not pulling the old "have you played sports card" at all, because I'm sure you have, or you know just as much as I would, who has, even if you haven't, or has family/friends etc. However, from my experiences the thoughts/feelings, beliefs, etc. always trickle down from the captains/leaders of the team. Now, I agree, not everyone is going to think like those two guys.

But, let's say you're right. Still, having two potential All-Pro players not be on-board or support your QB is kinda at least a little deal right?

Whether it's just those two guys or not, team's are bulit on chemistry, trust, etc. If those two guys don't believe the guy playing QB gives them the best chance to win, then you can see why this team isn't able to get into the playoffs. Chemistry is a big deal IMO.

When I was still at an investment adviser the boss had a brokered show broadcasted nationwide. My buddy is the head IT guy at clear channel San Diego and I've been close to doing a show on law, but I def don't have a radio voice (my old boss used to to pirate radio in the 70s and rock shows in the 80s so he had the voice)
