He needs to go, and I think it would be appropriate for the new commish to disband the Ravens ownership and force a sale ala the NBA and Sterling. Should take a strong look at Minny and Cleveland as well for their extra scummy ownership.
Since we know the Pats cheated the only reason to destroy those tapes is because they were so damning that even other owners would be adamant about things like a possible lifetime ban for Belicheat and taking away championships and wins which is unprecedented for the NFL. Also it could have caused betting organizations to remove them from their books.....that would kill the NFL. Spygate was a much bigger deal than the NFL will ever admit, it calls into question championships and playoff games, thats the only reason to destroy those tapes. If they weren't that bad they wouldn't have destroyed them. I've always hated this prick since that bull****.
Thats the thing though, a commissioner is just a mouth piece for the owners. The only reason the Clipper sale happened is because of the owners banding together, if the owners weren't for it Sterling would still own the team. The other owners have to approach the commissioner and force the sale of the Ravens which won't happen. The NFL owners never go after each other. The Browns owner should have been a prime candidate for a forced sale but that crook is not even mentioned as a possibility as a for a sale. I tend to think that since the NFL teams get free money for stadiums and tax exemptions that maybe politicians could force the other owners but I doubt it. I think the NFL is still just waiting for this to blow over like everything else does. I mean actually getting rid of players for off the field stuff has always been based mostly on talent vs. reward.
