What's faster, Brady's release or the ref's willingness to give you guys bs calls? That's where the real game is played.

The degensive team tried to recover a NE fumble. That is a 300 yard penalty and the opposing teams defenders will face the guillotine. First down.

Aaron Dobson last year for his rookie year actually had more yards and touchdowns then David Givens and Deion Branch their rookie years, and the same goes for Kenbrell Thompkins.. and he is undrafted, Shane Vereen is such a difference maker out of the backfield when healthy, rookie RB James White is an excellent receiver out of the slot, Edelman had over 1,000 yards and a bunch of TDs, and 4th in receptions last year, Danny Amendola you know what he can do when fully healthy, hell, even missing over half the season he still over almost 700 yards receiving and a couple of TDs and can beat you deep too, Tim Wright looked solid with Tampa and a bad offense, how do you think he will fair in an elite offense with an elite quarterback chump. Our receivers are skilled, clutch, smart, tough, intelligent, know how to get open, know the offense, know how to read defenses, now have chemistry with Tom Brady and fit our system, and all have their own specific set of strengths with unique skillsets that will compliment each other this year.. and we no longer have all receivers under 6'0.. Thompkins 6'1, Dobson 6'3.4, LaFell 6'2, Wright 6'5, Tyms 6'4, Gronk of course 6'7. Plus our staff does a great job of maximizing their skillset and strengths to improve and bring out the best in their game.. after all, they've done something veteran receivers couldn't even come in and do and that's grasp one of the most, if not the most complex offensive system in football.. so I'm very confident and optimistic that this group will frustrate Brent Grimes and company all game along and confuse the defense. Mark Duffner and Lou Anarumo better be prepared because I already know Kevin Coyle is going to get frustrated and won't be able to adjust.

Your defensive ends will need to be able to contain the zone read, Moreno has got a lot of juice right now, if he comes with the proper attitude, we will run the ball thirty times...this is what Philbin wants to do so if we can establish our run game, we can keep Brady off the field..

I'm much more confident in our team moving forward offensively, so keeping the pats limited in their possessions is key..

I think you would have to worry about those highly accurate and precisely quick high velocity timing routes in the no huddle offense as opposed to the refs

One thing that helps us tremendously this year is the improvement of Hightower against the run towards the end of last season and the return of Jerod Mayo, one of the most active tackles in the league playing infront of Vince Wilfork again. Plus, Sealver Siliga he wasn't signed yet when we played you guys last year, did wonders for our run defense and provides a lot of beef in the middle to compliment monsters Dominique Easley and Vince Wilfork. Jamie Collins is also not only great in coverage but extremely quick sideline to sideline and Revis is among the best in run support. Revis had at least two tackles behind the line of scrimmage this preseason during running plays

Right? Its not like there's ample evidence of the Pats getting the calls.

I will say this about the Pats.

I f'n love Garoppolo. I see so many things that remind me of Marino when he throws the ball....

Considering how far we made it last year with what he had, why should we have any weakness this year? I don't know how people don't understand the idea of a CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME, ... a FREAKIN CONFERENCE TITLE GAME... most teams that had the injuries we had wouldn't even make it to the post season, let alone all the way to the game right before the Superbowl, I don't think anybody gets or understands that. Even after Talib went out last year in the title game, the score was only 10 to 26... essentially a Gronk away from another Superbowl appearance or a Darrelle Revis and Jerod Mayo/Vince Wilfork away from stopping Peyton Manning.. But I think because we have so much success that people overlook how far we made with what he had last season.. So lets do common math, if we didn't lose anything from last season, but did nothing but add on to what we already had or upgraded with the exception of Logan Mankins, then how on earth could we possibly regress or not be better? Make sense? It has nothing to do with other teams, and their improvements. Now if Ryan Tannehill say, was a proven probowl quarterback or someone who consistently took you guys to the post season, or if you guys were consistently going to the post season each year or every other year then that's different, but you guys despite the improvements in the offseason, haven't shown or proven to be a playoff or contention team.. See, we've proven that for a long time now so its different. So being that, it causes you to worry about teams like Denver or etc. Teams IN OUR CATEGORY that we face in the post season. Teams within the division play each other hard yes, I get that but because of your records and lack of success it causes us not to worry about a Tannehill led team as opposed to a Manning, Rodgers, Brees or even Rivers or Roethlisberger led team

I find it telling that even though we were 1-1 against the Pats last year and arguably should have been 2-0 save for a bogus call, that you cant even say one thing about the Phins that would give you cause for concern.

You just put checks by positions simply because people are actually playing the positions.

I honestly HATE being this way, but I can't let the feeling go that the outcome of THIS game will be in the refs hands. How close will they call the game and how EVEN will they call the game? IF NE is allowed to mug our WR's but we are called on ALL contact, it's already over. Nothing else will even matter.

Revis is a far better corner then any of your receivers ... and will shutdown one half of the field.. you know this.
Logan Ryans had 5 picks last season, 2 against Peyton Manning, Alfonzo Dennard can handle himself very well.. I have no reason to believe that your receivers will cause any threat at all. Mike Wallace is a one trick pony, simply who will run a gadget play every now and again. The real weapon on your offense is Charles Clay, one of the best in the game but with Jamie Collins emerging at the end of last year as someone who as a freak can cover tightends, with his speed and athletisim, I'm not worried about that. Why do we need the refs when we are simply better?

Check beside positions where we have good to great players, and you know this, you just don't want to admit because you hate the patriots.

i would love the mindset of the patriots on offense that they only have to shutdown charles clay....that would be nice

Perhaps then we can list a couple things.

    1. The offensive line is much improved both in pass blocking and run blocking. It wont give up 58 sacks this year.
    2. The Dolphins always play the Pats tough and get after Tom Brady.
    3. Moreno is a huge improvement at RB and will be a tough player to contain in the running game and the passing game.
    4. The Defensive line is as good as always.
    5. The Secondary has a legitimate shut down corner in Grimes. 3rd rated CB last year.

    Anything?

You do not have good to great players at every starting RB position, every starting WR position, every starting OL position, every starting DE position, every starting LB position, every starting DT position, every starting CB position. That's just you being dumb.

As great as Ty Law was.. Darrelle Revis is better and considered one of the all-time greats in the eyes of many.. A healthy 28 year old Darrelle Revis in the right defense such as this, I would take over Ty Law I'm sorry.
