What is interesting is that we have one name regarding cuts in Miami (Miller). That is the best we have?
THey should sign Charles Clay , cut from Packers. See how confused we can make the announcers, two Charles Clays and two Dami(e)n Williams
Gotcha, lol, I was like huh??... You know what I feel when I watched Dion Jordan playing this whole preseason and his 50,000 reps, like cheech and Chong when cheech is making tuba sounds with his lips because his girl stood him up and he's gonna have blue balls.
I don't find it to be a negative thing and I know that your not implying that, I'm sure there are some obvious ones but maybe hickey just likes to make one announcement..but out of respect for all of them using as much time as possible to evaluate and compare their play is also not a bad gesture..
Seahawks quarterback Terrelle Pryor will be cut, according to Pro Football Talk. The Bills have signed quarterback Kyle Orton Friday.
Time to wise up on the beer one drinks. http://foodbabe.com/2013/07/17/the-shocking-ingredients-in-beer/
Have you tried their Oktoberfest? If not, you should. Great Lakes' Oktoberfest as well. Probably my two favorite beers, along with Guinness, Newcastle, and Great Lakes Christmas Ale rounding out my top 5. Hard stuff, I'd probably go Jack Daniels (hey, if Frank Sinatra was buried with a bottle...good enough for me) and a cigar any night.
jeeks Terrelle Pryor cut, i would love to have him, but that was during the days when we still had 3 QB's on the roster
That's a little surprising. Pyror's physical ability as a passer and runner makes him a good 3rd QB project. Especially in that offense.
You can actually taste the flavors warm. Its your own opinion of course I wouldn't tell you how to dtink beer lol Fwiw I wouldn't consider any name brand mass produced brand good so I can see why you'd think that.
Ughhhhhh....cant stand Budweiser.. Gives me a massive headache even after just one. Becks ...Labatts...but living in Vermont with all the craft Brews we have
I don't understand all of the beer snobbery lately. Beyond that, I get that a lot of people seem to enjoy drinking things that taste very bitter, and are thick, and thats cool if you do. But why should everyone else have to like it too. I tried the lightest beer that a new local brewery offered last weekend, and just like every other time I do that, it was about 10X too bitter for my taste buds. I'll stick with Bud Lite 90% of time time and not care what the haters say. I don't know why I should be unhappy with what I'm drinking just to attempt to be more macho.
Not trying to be snobby honestly. I respect everyone's right to like whatever they like and don't look down on them for it which IMO would be snobby. I just tend to think most mass produced beers, especially budweiser, taste like urine. If I am going to drink a mass produced beer I think Sam Adams isn't the worst, Coors Light is downable. Trust me even though I'm not a fan I'm not beyond drinking a bud myself because its so cheap.
Well, you and I certainly disagree on one thing - Coffee. My favorite is Molokai Muleskinner.... My Grandma taught me how to make coffee...1 tbsp for each mug & 1 for the pot. Pinch of salt (small pinch!), and some crushed cleaned and dried eggshell. (My wife absolutely refuses to save the eggshells - she tells me to grow my own &^&_( chickens.) Now, anybody see any halfway palatable OGs we can rent for a season besides the one we have!
Not a negative here - just curiosity for you and anyone else: Do you enjoy the bitter kick that most "smaller label" beers have? Is that why you like it? For me its really unpleasant. Like Ive eaten spoiled food.
craft beers taste extra bitter just because you're not used to them and you're drinking bud. A really good craft beer has a balanced taste and isn't overwhelmingly bitter. I'm not slamming bud, I grew up on bud and busch. I still stock bud in my fridge for a couple of my friends and will drink it if I'm fishing. But it has almost zero flavor. but I'm a beer snob. Sam Adams is the worst of the craft beers, although it's volume is way to high to fit into that category anymore. craft beers have an incredible variety of tastes. The only problem is the cost. In MA, you can spend 14-15 bucks for a six pack of craft beer. WHy I brew my own. I can make it for < 1 dollar a bottle on the scale I brew and now I grow my own hops. To each their own.
If we had any interest we should have traded for him. I don't see us putting in a claim much less winning it.
sadly enough i guess you are right, when was the last time a player the fan base really wanted ended up with us ? i cant remember...well maybe samson satele
Exactly, I live in "Beer City USA" and we like 20 or more local breweries, craft beer beats the mass produced stuff by a wide margin.
Blue Moon is our staple beer. We only drink craft beers. I haven't had a bud, Mick or Miller in 20 yrs. Personally I prefer vodka or rum during the games.
It will be interesting to see if the Cheatriots claim one player from our offense and one from or Defense again this year. If they do, Goodell ought to step in on this BS tactic.
I like 3 players from the cuts list, Pryor, Seastrunk and Loston. I think Loston is an instant upgrade over whoever we have as #3 safety. But i don't know the injury situation. Loston played only for 2 short drives in game 1 of the preseason at the end of the game, they did not put him in in the rest of the games. Seastrunk similarly had limited opportunities, I heard he had foot issues.
Hey now, somethings are more important than other things! Personally I like hoppy beers, and no longer power drink at all Liqour=bad things man, bad things For me, I've reached the point that if we ever do make a super bowl, strictly beer and MAYBE a toke or two off of those left handed cigarettes liquor is out of the question
