AC Leonard is now a FA. Was released by Minnesota. Problem is... it's kind of suspicious as to why. Maybe character related.

I know CK talked him up pre-draft. I would be interested in taking a flyer and letting him compete.

    Well away from here
To me this should not be something to get alarmed about. If he has recently had his knee scoped then just let him rest. He's likely a little tender. Being one who has made some serious issues with my left knee sometimes it just gets irritated. There is no real need for him to practice this week or next to be honest. The season is a grind, and I'd rather trade these next two weeks easily for the ability to have him play during the season.

It's likely not a knee ligament tear as someone would have leaked it by now. He may have sprained a ligament and they are simple resting the injury for long term health.

Also given the number of receivers we have we should still effective in the passing game. Matthews and Gibson can cover for Clay for the first few weeks of the season until he is back to form. We have the depth there to absorb an injury to Clay. It's a nice option to have honestly after years of not having anything past two receivers. Doesn't mean they are all stars by any means, but they can be effective options for Tannehill and co.

Agree on most counts, but haven't seen our receivers block as effectively as Clay. Would love for the running game to get going this season.

I concur with GMJohnson on this. Last year, Clay was a next man up after Keller went down. Few if anyone would have remotely guessed how he'd respond. Even a Keller at 100% all year would have been hard pressed to match what Clay did. Maybe this year, if thrown into the breech, Sims responds in a similar fashion.

Throw a late round pick to Green Bay, they are loaded at TE, Andrew Quarless, Richard Rodgers, Colt Lyerla... Brandon Bostick might be the most talented one.

Good to see some of the guys still wearing the old logo hoodies. Looks like Koa on the right in the camo cap had one, looked like Jimmy in the back on the other side did too, but he had his mobile covering much of his face, and one other guy in front on Jimmy, that I'm not able to identify. Guess that was Clay? Well they had two guys per bucket so they were being careful.
