What exactly will the cheerleaders NOT excuse?

Nothing, perhaps more likes, let us just ignore the hypocrisy, and let's play "pretend"

Oh I know, never mind anal reconstructive surgery, never mind being offered 50 bucks a whack to toss off, or the other stuff

    Fisting, hamestering etc etc

Yep, bring them on my roster, Dungy is way off base

You are saying Sam should repent? The hypocrisy is that people like Dungy are creating the distraction they hate so much.

Would Dungy stay away from a capable woman kicker? That would surely be a huge distraction. I wonder if Dungy would draft the second or third gay player since they would come without a distraction, or would he also stay away due to religious beliefs.

This is essentially saying it's alright to hold someone's sexuality against them in the hiring process as long as it's not a deal-breaker.

Quite the opposite Sam is attempting to use his sexual preferences to differentiate himself, not the other way 'round

If he does not make the Rams roster, was he waived b/c he was homosexual, or was he waived b/c he just is not a good football player?

Activist types will say "because he is gay!"

B/c that is what they choose to believe

In fairness to Sam, he came out to his team mates last year and with the draft process being what it is he basically had to come out publicly. I don't fault him for that. The only thing I think was really dumb was the TV show and he did have the sense to nix it before it started so its not a big issue.
