Never? I find that hard to believe. It is hardly uncommon for people to say the wrong name immediately after talking to that particular person (whose name they say) or if someone else is on their mind. And it isn't limited to people either, any subject can be misspoke unintentionally if you're trying to rush too much.

I volunteer. I can shoot a decent three and have fairly quick feet on defense. Will play on Heat for the minimum allowed.

 

I'm 5'4 without shoes but with shoes I'm 5'5, I volunteer to keep your seat warm when you are out on the court putting in work.

 

I'm 6'3 but unfortunately the only way I will be in the NBA is as a token white guy
