I'd like to see our statistics against specific oppenents and in specific rounds since level of competition also plays into that.

There's another one who's exceptionally great at playing $poiler and extending $eries.

Funny. Just to add fire to any/all conspiracy theories: Joey Crawford ended high-school with Tim Donaghy Mike Callahan, and Ed Malloy. He and Donaghy had a long history of being friends.

Birds of the same feather, huh.

These numbers were up to date up to about the ECF's this year. It doesn't matter who was played. in 15 games, the spread was +3 since coming to Miami and -2 in Cleveland. Regardless of who was played, there's nothing to indicate that anything was fixed. My point is that anyone who thinks Crawford calls it either way can see from the numbers that there's more evidence that he calls it against LBJ (lower than avg. win%) but that there's not enough evidence to make a claim either way.

Hmm I wouldn't imply its fixed. I just meant I wonder if he has officiated mostly games in later series where the winning % would naturally be lower even if he called games slightly favored to our style.

That's Joey Crawford. The guy who slants it to the Heat is DANNY Crawford.

For Christ sakes they're not even the same color

Not the best first quarter but oh well. Time to move on. Wade and James need to step up if we want to win.

Pretty much. On the plus side we are in the game with Wade and Lebron doing absolutely nothing.

Wow that miss that eventually led to the Diaw put back....worst push off on a layup Ive ever seen. How that was not an offensive foul is beyond me.

Disappointed in the effort of Wade on that Parker layup.

You mean the thumb that hit his face? Never listen to what JVG says, the guy is a f'ing ******.

Maybe he did flop, but I do think the thumb touched his face. Not hard enough for that reaction granted. He sold it, but there was illegal contact.

Yeah I think we should go with this. In all seriousness I think the funnier part was the ref calling it a few seconds after.

It really does, and too a ridiculous extreme. Wade and Bosh did next to nothing in the 4th Quarter of game 1. And who gets hated on?? Lebron for being hurt. Its a joke what he has to put up with in comparison.

If Miami loses this series everyone will find a way to blame James. Mark my words.

Meanwhile the flop by Wade will be worth the fine considering Manu was on fire.

    Great game thus far.

He needs one cohort to get hot with him to take this game home.

Wade played well game one even if he didn't at the end, as did Bosh. When Wade is off...I'm the first to trash him. I'm much easier on Bosh and Bron personally.

How about Bosh making Duncan his b***h on that dunk? For everyone calling Bosh soft....Duncan is the definition of a soft big man.

I've seen Duncan dunk on Bosh aswell...they are similar players only Tim is in the paint more often. Which is likely by design

I guess stripping the ball from Duncan is a foul. Second straight BS call on Lebron.

Nice close out by Allen but a better shot there. Looks like this entire series will be down to the wire.

i'd be alright if James took every shot attempt the rest of the night, from anywhere on the court. Those last 3 Jumpers... money.
