Doesn't that fact make it more likely that he was fired for performance reasons and not his working condition?

 

Does length of time working for an organization make one immune to a current review of their employment?

I'm not questioning the reasons for firing him, if you check, I said I wouldn't even judge until more facts came out. But I was differentiating from comparing him to a player that is never going to suit up.
