My page was entirely white when I opened it in excel so I have no idea what you're talking about. Unless you mean the second sheet posted, in that case I'm speaking of the wrong page
haha... thanks for posting that picture van... must have something to do with the version of Excel and the macros that are running within the spreadsheet itself. Not an excel expert myself. well, I'm just trying to help damnit
ah... yeah that's probably it then. the version of Excel I'm running is quite old (2003) so it should be compatible for people that have Excel in a newer version. You might want to build a new spreadsheet using the cap #'s for your team from the first file you downloaded. Do you know how to create formulas (=sumC7:C10)? You'll want to sort the list by position, column B, and then insert rows for your totals after each position group.
how did you know you scored 100? BTW, since your such an expert, perhaps you'd like to fix Gish's spreadsheet and post the link.
They told me? 61 WPM, 10,000 KPH, 100 Excel, 100 Word. I'd be happy to, but without the password I can't edit it, and I'm not keen on rebuilding the thing from scratch today.

ok... how were you able to see the faults in the spreadsheet formulas without unlocking it? Is that a new Excel function or a third party program?

....yeah, an underhanded used car salesman who took the time to let you know how the league works and flat out told you I'd be able to give you better value for the player I was interested now in if you did the trade while I still have players at my disposal to work with, where as a week from now or even a few days from now the chances of me being able to give you the same value will likely diminish considering I'll have already made trades by then and given away players I'm willing to deal, and ditto for most of the other GMs in the league who will also have made a bunch of trades and will also be working with less to send your way in trade. What you think is an underhanded tactic was nothing more than telling you the facts of the league. I was trying to help you out b/c you're new, but don't worry, I won't bother offering you a damn thing in the future. After you've been here a few weeks you'll see what I said wasn't underhanded at all, that it was the truth. I even asked you rhetorically, "why do you think all these handshake trades are going on right now before the trading even commences?"... and said something to the affect that it's b/c GMs don't wanna miss out on players they're interested in b/c they got in too late. If you weren't willing to do anything at the moment b/c you wanted to see how the trades went first, I told you that you could visit the 2013 thread to get a grasp on it so that you wouldn't have to miss out on any trades or great value offers in the process, and I told you that I would probably move on and seek a trade else where if you wanted to wait to see how things go in the league, not as a used car salesman closing tactic, but b/c I won't sit around and watch the league pass me by while others are making trades and thus reducing the pool of player available.
